Aside from character animations, I also made gifs of various non-characters animations (which I think haven't been shared yet, but they're not all that interesting).
Otherwise all the graphics (evidence, backgrounds, menus) were extracted by Wooster himself.

I imagine that strange image is the tv fuzz overlay.

Okay, now that I went through all my comments, removed most of them because of the unnecessary snark and edited the title, I seem to have a little bit of a problem - is there a way to extract color data directly from the rom?

Mostly, is because there are 3 inconsistent color sets I know of by now:
- one from the gifs (which, in the case of original trilogy ones, is definitely wrong: best evidence being this horrible disjointed mess of a Phoenix's zoom sprite)
- one from the sheets (also wrong in a few, specific cases, such as the color on Phoenix's zoom and Maya's sprites being definitely too dark)
- one from the screenshots (made by me directly from the emulator I use, DeSmuME, which, due to the aspect of emulation, I'm not sure of, myself)

The palette is rather easy to find once you have found the tilesets. Do show up on IRC and I will tell you the details.

The thread title won't show, but it's relevant again.

About the HD sprites... Who animated them, the ones put on the site? The infamous HD "Bahworth" especially? I don't know how they show up in the iOS game, but I edited the animation and added the frame from the files, and the animation is just fine...
