All right. Since it's time for a battle, I'd appreciate it if no one made any further posts in the narrative thread for the time being. I'll have the map and everything up once I've heard back from Lida about something I was confused by in her latest post. This will be a nighttime battle (though that shouldn't be a surprise, considering the time in the narrative), so visibility will be a factor. Don't worry, though; one of the first enemies the party should come across has a torch that can be taken. I had forgotten to make torches available at shops from the start, so it would be inconsiderate of me to leave you with no torches and no way to get any.

Since Jade is already positioned at the door, Lida doesn't get to choose a starting position. Pierre, Blak, since your characters are ahead of the others on the way to the monastery, the two of you get first pick with regards to starting position. Whichever of you posts first gets first pick. DoMaya, since Crelarus is right behind them, you choose third. Cold, you choose last.

Not clever at all. I had to Google "General" cause I wasn't sure. Ippan was the first to pop up on Google Translate, but Wikipedia says that the rank of General is referred as "taishou". I was the right the first time!

I should trust my anime over Google Translate >.>
So Luigi-ippan should actually be Luigi-taishou.

Then that leaves Dorran in the top right position. I'd like everyone to list their spots in the turn order in order from most wanted to least wanted. For example, if I wanted to be first or as close to first as is doable, I'd list my preference like this: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or something similarly clear. Priority will be given to earlier posters, so it's first come, first served, as usual.

As usual I'll hold back because of healing, but if necessary I'll take a jump forward in priority if someone needs healed before they wade into combat. Other folks should be able to switch priority too if they are better suited to defeating an enemy.

Sorry for my slowness when replying, guys. The school semester is wrapping up over here, so I'm getting swamped with all these final exams and projects and whatnot. I should be free after next week. ^^
