Best "Trick" Theme: Trick Break (2011)
Best Crisis Theme: Illegal of Destiny
Best Won the Lawsuit/Solution! Theme: Solution! ~ Splendid Deduction/Solution! ~ Calm Moment (I know it's cheating to tie but it's sooo hard to pick between these two)
Best Detective Theme: Dick Gumshoe ~ I can do it when it counts, pal (the Investigations one)
Best Assistant Theme: Kay Faraday ~ The Great Truth Burglar (followed closely by Pearl's)
Best Jingle Theme: Jingle~It Doesn't End Here
Best Mini-Game Theme: Thought Route ~ Resonance of the Synapses
Best End Theme: Gyakuten Kenji 2 ~ Great Revival (followed closely by T&T)

I think that covers mostly everything, but you can add something if I forgot it. You can ever throw in worst if you're really brave
