And yes, it's hypothetical. I'm thinking if they did use touch screen controls, how would they use them?

Like I said probably use it for commands in battle (to save space on the top screen) and hopefully they'd let you switch out Persona's on the fly outside of battle, just by sliding them from a list into a designated spot (I don't know about you but I switched Persona's around a lot pre-battle) on the touchscreen.
Simple stuff but I really hope they don't get so desperate as to release another version of Golden (Platinum?) on 3DS.

I was just stating that Atlus seems to choose the more popular consoles for their more well known games. Hence why I feel that the older SMT games were on Nintendo systems and not Sega, why SMT3 and the Persona games were on a Sony system as opposed to Microsoft and Nintendo, and why SMT4 was on the 3DS and not Vita. That was my logic anyways.

Well sure there would be if you wanted, though really my hope was that it'd avoid pausing. Way I normally work is I'd have a Persona I'd want first all the time, maybe it had all the buffs or something and so I'd want it in first or maybe it was just generally useful and the others were there to solve niche problems. I'd hate constantly having to stop and swap Persona around in the menu after every battle.

And with some improvements, of course. Like the battle system being faster - maybe it WAS faster on the PS2 and I just experience the PSP one to be slower, but I at times cringe when I see the close up of a critical hit beginning, cause I know it takes so long... and yes, 4 seconds is too long.
Also, an option to turn Navigation Control off. I know, Fuuka, there are four enemies.
Add some good difficulty to the storyline bosses.

Well, 4 seconds isn't THAT long, but it is really long for one attack, I guess.
Oh yeah, and a fast forward button, not the rush mode, but a legit fast forward, like in Persona 4 Golden, the scene fast forward, except for battles. Maybe a customizable rush mode that you can configure to use a certain attack instead of just the normal physical. Or a system like in Earthbound where it will skip the battle and just give you the EXP and Yen if there's a 100% chance that your party will kick ass on the first turn.

I think both P3 and P4's Navi was annoying. I love Rise, but it annoyed me that every other round, she told me "Senpai, you're poisoned! Hanamura-sempai needs healing! I'm worried about Chie-sempai!" and all. Fuuka is annoying as well, telling me "There are four enemies. The enemy's down. Attack!" every time I do something.

How is it dynamic to hear someone tell me over and over about stuff I'm seeing right in front of me? I know people may think, Why are you complaining about this when Fi does the same in Skyward Sword. Well, Fi was dimensional herself in her appearance. In P4/P3, the Navi is just a face that blobs up and then disappears. Fi dances gracefully out, so I at least have something sweet to look at when it happens. And often times, I can end a battle faster than if I wasted time curing Poison off of a party member. And how many times do they have to tell me that Chie's low on HP, when I'm just trying to get to Yukiko, so she can fully heal the entire party?

I like Rise, like...a lot. She's an upbeat, bubbly character who is having trouble finding her real self. I can totally relate to that on a lot of fronts...the finding her real self part, not the upbeat and bubbly...I'm pretty...pretty lame.

On a side note, P4GA is going to have a new director! Tomohisa Taguchi, who previously worked on the opening and other key parts of Persona 4: The Animation, like episode 8’s school camping trip and episode 14’s summer vacation parts, will be the new director for Persona 4 Golden: The Animation.

I never get why people hate Fi so much... I mean, it's pretty easy to ignore her. She doesn't block a button I may want to use. And most of all, I think she's somewhat helpful. I completely block out the sound of the heart meter beeping at me when I may be low on hearts. So Fi telling me that is actually good.
OmG! OmG, you guys, screw my plan of not trying to play Persona 4 Arena again until I had HD cables to play it in HD (cause I think that's the only way I can get the damn controls to properly portray semi-circles and not what looks like button twitches to me), Fumihiko Tachiki is the announcer! Far as I know, only if you have an undubbed ISO (I don't know if that's been done for Vita games yet) or by playing the Japanese version.

Yeah, there's no option, but I honestly find the VA in English to be pretty well done.
