Basically, I started taking pictures of all Ibuki lines and any scene. Then I remembered I could just buy the scene pics later and didn't have to go out of my way. So now I'm basically taking pictures of Ibuki lines and the occasional reference that I really like. Like when Monokuma references South Park, or when the game references Yotsuba.

The game references Yotsuba several times in the first case with the "Duralumin" cases- the name of Yotsuba's teddy bear. Monokuma does the line from the sexual harassment panda bit by going "That makes me a saaaaaaaad Monokuma", referencing the catch phrase of the sexual harassment panda. There's a lot of small references.
Ibuki: Vase!? How low can you go? (referencing Bring the Noise by Public Enemy)
Hiyoko references Pokemon (ostensibly, it could be any monster game) and Professor Layton.

Duralamin is an alloy; briefcases made out of duralamin are fairly common. Yotsuba's bear happens to named after the alloy, so in SDR2, it's not a reference to Yotsuba&!, it's just using the word in the normal way.
