Oh and if you want to put smileys, use colons. Not to mention, animate 'em. No one wanna use any still sprites or like them lot. You can ask to animate them through the request thread. If you like.

- I see you used pure black for the outlines of the shirt in you fan character sprites : You should instead use a shade of dark blue, it'll look better
- The arms aren't quite consistent from one sprite to another : For example, in the deskslam one it's thin, but it's thicker in the objection sprite
- You use a lot the same head, you should try to change it (on the deskslam sprite for example, it could benefit from a more "determined" head that the current sprite has)
Keep practising and you'll definitely improve !

Also I see you updated with more sprites! Looking good! Can I suggest something? With Phoenix and your OC's sprites, move the move up a little, or give it some more definition. (It looks fine for Sean, just a pixel or 2 too low, but for Nick, look at his profile Icon's nose for reference: )

Oh and Sean, the Gregory Front looks pretty nice. The only peoblem here is the Nick's front sprite. It looks... Kinda Ridiculous.

There are a lot of creative sprite components you've arranged in those bench sprites. Neat. I like the guy attorney's design. His proportions make him different from a lot of the attorneys around.
If you're looking to improve, I second Silver's advice. I'm going to quote and elaborate since it's really good to begin with.
Pure black and pure white are usually no-gos when it comes to non-sprite art because they make things too dark or too extremely bright. There are exceptions with sprites since they use greater contrasts, but at your current skill level I'd suggest avoiding them.
The values (contrast) between the shades in the shirts and the shades in the suit are different. I'm guessing they're both cotton? Then the shading colour you use in the shirt should be a bit darker.
Be careful with the arms. For some sprites particularly the objection pose, try imagining where the elbow is beneath the sleeve.
I can give you more advice but I disagree here (sorry Silver). You'll only improve if you're wanting to.

Thanks! I already tried my hand at fixing the inconsistent arms, and I think I did well.
I also tried to make the outline more bluey.
And, I haven't been using pure black or pure white in any sprite I've made so far.

I basically captured footage from a youtube video, then removed the background, filled in everything with solid color, changed it to real in-game colors, added my own person color touches.
Then Shaded it. It took roughly 1 1/2 hours in total.
The Vest guy's name is Sean.
