Well, if your dream-Godot is the real deal behind the mask (no pun intended) I'm sure he'd like cats, as well as calling people kitten in a nicer way. Those dreams always made him seem like a nice fella.

Godot's love for Mia was unrequited. She saw him as a good friend and respectable lawyer but nothing more. Grossberg referring to him as a boyfriend is probably just how he perceived the relationship and Mia doesn't acknowledge it

I've been thinking that too, because of the lack of chemistry, that Mia didn't really seem to like him that much. Although it makes Godot seem quite creepier.

And while on the subject of Godot: back at Grossberg's firm, Diego was the one in charge of the coffee brewer as he didn't trust Mia and Grossberg to make it strong enough. As a prosecutor, he had a coffee machine of his own at his office.
Also, notice how he calls his blends specifically Godot blend [number]? Yup, every 100+ of those blends were developed after he had woken up from the coma.
And if he hadn't been drinking all that coffee, he would have had to take medicine for low blood pressure, but that amount keeps it steadily on a healthy level. (Aaand that's three headcanons and one crack theory about Godot's coffee, all in a day)
