Jay side-eyed Solomon before looking at Subaru. "Oh! Unlike Mr. Solomon, I do believe that ghosts exist. One of my alternate dreams was to become a detective with emphasis towards supernatural-based mysteries. A 'paranormal investigator' if you will, but I don't care for that term because of its... questionable reputation. Maybe some day, when I'm outta here, I'll pursue that dream too..." A young man, who had been mostly been standing in a corner observing his classmates, finally speaks up.

"I see...so this is what my classmates in this school are like. Seems like this summer school thing won't be as boring as I thought it would be."

The boy had a mostly normal, plain look, although the way he was dressed certainly stood out as looking rather...elegant, despite wearing a mostly normal school uniform. Something else that stood out was the prosecutor's badge he was wearing.

"I guess I should introduce myself...my name is Cesar. My surname doesn't matter that much. I'm known as the Ultimate Prosecutor. The reason I'm here is, well...apparently Hope's peak teachers don't like it when students try to argue too much with them. Even when they are clearly wrong..." He said with a faint smile on his face. "So...nice to meet you guys, I guess. Let's see what will happen in this school now..."

We're the ultimate Paranormal Investigator, as in we inestigate abnormal occurances and dispose of frauds, permanently. Just as Ms. Bloom suggested, things exist that we can't communicate with, like animals. Some people are born with the the ability to apprehend them, and we were blessed as such."

Subaru then oddly smirked. "Now that we think about it, perhaps this school was the habitat they promised us with. Just so you can understand better, can anyone say that Monomi, who we don't have attraction towards by the way, and this place is normal?"

Jay procured his magnifying monocle from the small pack on his belt, affixed it to his right ear, and began examining his own student handbook. While keeping his gaze on the book, he spoke, "Also, Matt. Nice to have another technologically-inclined person here. Hopefully you and I can get together and collaborate on something or talk shop. I'm always eager to learn from the best!"

He then turned to the new speaker, Cesar, and stated, "Ah, hello Mr. Cesar. Prosecuting attorney huh? Nice!"

"About Monomi.. I might need to have a look at her or it up close. Usually, animatronics are pretty robotic in their movement since they're only made to execute a few tasks, like move their arms around. Making a fully sentient one would cost an insane amount of money, and would definitely be bigger than Monomi over there. It doesn't look like a costume either, because I don't see any removable parts on her." Matt leaned on a wall after he was finished talking.

"Well, being a paranormal investigator isn't exactly a talent you see every day. And science can't back it up yet, so I'm not sure what to make out of this."

Charlotte crossed her arms.

"But that's what the paranormal is, things science can't explain yet. If we called everything impossible which is beyond our understanding, science would never make progress. And Subaru doesn't seem to be on magic mushrooms or other drugs, so there's no need to worry."
