"Sakura," she said first, "Van broke down the door to the classroom before anyone arrived. I don't know if that matters, but your timeline should be as accurate as possible.
I also wanted to clarify when I last saw Karega. I was in the gym with everyone playing soccer, and Karega showed up just before 3am. She was out of sorts, like she wasn't all there - maybe just deep in thought. I asked her if we were being too loud and she said 'no' and started to leave. As she was going down the stairs the power went out - I was wondering, is it possible that she maybe fell down the stairs in the dark and hit her head? Could that have killed her?" SiRReN wondered. "If I was about to walk down a set of stairs and the power went out, I think I would trip."
"Anyway, so I didn't actually see Karega leave because the power went out, but she was going down the stairs as the power went out. We couldn't really play anymore but I waited to see if we would do something else. I ultimately decided to leave because it didn't seem like we'd be doing anything. At the bottom of the stairs by the door was Subaru - this was just after 3am. He told me to meet him alone in the cafe and then left. I hesitated for a long time on going alone, and ultimately was too scared to," she continued. "So I asked Van at around 4am if he would come with me. When we spoke to Subaru he told us he'd felt someone die. We went to investigate the classroom and the gym first....actually, Subaru was the one to suggest those two places," SiRReN remembered.
"Subaru, you were waiting at the gym entrance, did you see Karega make it down the stairs safely? Why did you suggest the classroom and the gym as the first places to look?" SiRReN asked.

She updates the timeline again after what's been said.
21:00 - Karega went to kitchen, took toaster and left. Solomon, Crimson and Sayako were eating in the cafe then.
00:00 - Water seems to be running.
00:00 - Soccer game begins. Ryuji, Flo, Cesar, Alchie, Van and SiRRen are there.
01:00 - Karega went to the gym, took 2 dumbbells, then left.
01:00 - Karega goes to basement to break the pipe, setting up the power outage with the toaster somehow.
01:00 - Alchie leaves to go have a shower, but it isn't working due to Karega's actions. She comes back to referee.
01:00 - Van leaves to go to his room and rest.
01:30 - Karega goes to the art room and meets Jay. Jay is made unconscious somehow. (Actual time unknown.)
02:00 - Solomon can't shower as the water is out.
02:00 - Matt and Charlie begin guarding the corridors.
02:00 - Charlie sees Karega leave the art room, and Matt sees her then head for the classroom.
02:55 - Matt sees Karega leave the classroom and head for the gym.
02:55 - People see Karega at the soccer pitch, though she soon leaves. Matt doesn't see her leave the gym, though.
03:00 - Power goes out. Matt hears a loud crack.
03:01 - Matt goes to meet Charlie, then goes back to his post.
03:01 - Subaru feels Karega die in classroom. He doesn't see any light coming through the keyhole.
03:02 - SiRRen leaves the gym and sees Subaru by the classroom door. They agree to meet at 4AM in the cafe.
03:02 - Matt sees Subaru and SiRRen. Subaru heads for cafe, SiRRen for bedrooms.
04:00 - Van and SiRRen go to cafe and meet Subaru there.
04:05 - Body discovery announcement.
04:06 - Van, Subaru and SiRRen go to classroom.
04:06 - Van breaks the door down and the body of Karega Shinda is discovered. The room is lit up, the only room to have any light in it.
04:06 - Matt reaches the classroom.
04:06 - A loud noise is heard by Charlie. Possibly the door being broken down?
04:06 - Charlie reaches the classroom.
04:08 - Alchie, Cesar, Ryuji and Flo reach the classroom.
04:10 - Arthur, Crimson, Sakura and Sayako reach the classroom.
04:12 - Solomon reaches classroom. Jay is still missing.

She adjusted her glasses. "When we investigated the basement, one of the steps had broken, and the one above it had black paint smudges on it. Bloom-san and I were told by... Monokuma..." she said, with clear distaste for the name. "...that the steps could only hold 80 kg (180 lbs), and then only for a brief time. The dumbbells were 10 kg (20 lbs) each, right? So someone carrying them would have to weigh less than 60 kg. This is only a theory, but I think someone may have tried taking the dumbbells downstairs, but one of the steps broke under the weight. Whoever it was would have stumbled back onto the previous step, perhaps grabbing it or falling on it bottom-first. Then, seeing they couldn't carry the dumbbells all the way down without risking falling themselves, they decided to throw them from the stairs. One landed on the fuse box, which would explain the indent we found, and the other hit the water pipe, breaking it open.
"...The problem with this is, if we assume the one who went to the basement was Shinda-san, that would mean she went to the art room and got paint on her before going to the basement, which goes against the timeline we've put together so far."

"Yes, I could see light through the keyhole of the classroom door at 4am," SiRReN confirmed. "At the time I suggested that perhaps the key itself in the keyhole had blocked Subaru from seeing any light previously."

"No. Van was looking through the keyhole when Monokuma made the announcement. He broke the door down immediately after."
