Option C: Guy X searches the rest of the school campus (including the crime scene).
Option D: Guy X searches the corpse of the victim, Karega.

Which leaves us with two options- C and D. It's either hidden somewhere in the campus, or with Karega. Here's my suggestion: we'll have a rebuttal showdown! One of us sides with option C, and I'll side with Option D. Then, when the showdown is over, it'll be announced who was closer to being right!
