"W-Wait! Everybody wait!" Mikael blurted out, interrupting the . . . um, silence? Anyway, they continued, "I know you all hate me . . . after what I did. I've regained all my memories now and my actions before I lost my memory were a crime in and of itself, even if I didn't remember doing it.
Plus . . . I thought of a way I could have been responsible for Giles' death, albeit accidentally.
The champagne that I spilled was quite strong, nearly knocking Ohishi unconscious.
After I spilled it, Giles came by and began to lap it up.
I saw him just outside the cafeteria after the party, heading towards the stairs. Following him, I noticed him ascending them, but I didn't pursue further, heading out to the beach instead.
All I can say is, 'I'm sorry,' and I deserve everything you want to do to me." They hoped that would be enough to end this trial as quickly as possible as they tapped the screen to vote for themself.
