"In other rooms the earthquake had some sort of direction because the quake was coming from the side, but... In the auditorium it wasn't directional because that was the point of origin! Or the point of origin was just below it... I'm not sure..."

"I don't think the quake was an entirely separate event from other things that happened that night." Dale said. "So... I don't really see why someone would need to intentionally cause a quake. I don't think it was natural either, though, not with how stuff moved about. So... to me it does seem connected to the power resetting. Can we maybe get something on that from the bear? "I think there may have been an epicenter to this earthquake. Somewhere between the basement and the auditorium. I mean, think about it, the auditorium and the basement rooms were strewn about randomly. And the areas facing south had things move in one direction, the foyer and the pub."

"I find it strange," says Shirly. "I saw Dallas enter the basement, then Anissa checks the door but it's locked, and then something explodes behind me. After this, I went to check the door, and it was open, to where I saw Dallas' corpse..."

Shirly looks around at everyone.

"And at that time, everyone was either in the foyer, the plaza, running around the basement, or in their rooms. I guess, us basement people are unaccounted for, and Kagayaki and Claudius. So... depending on how much you trust me, when I checked the basement, I only saw a corpse, no one was with him. So either Dallas snuck in and locked the door himself, or one of us unaccounted were there waiting for him, killed him, and snuck out."

She gestured to her left arm, which several rubber bands were still wrapped around somewhat loosely. "M- Mine are thin enough that it doesn't matter, but someone with larger arms m- might have gotten their b- blood circulation b- blocked... off..."

S, who had been quiet for a while to follow the trial, suddenly shouted.

"Ah! I just remembered something about the investigation!"

After realizing he shouted, he sheepishly rubbed the back of his head, well, helmet and then continued speaking. "Err... Didn't meant to shout there. Sorry. Anyways! Akio mentioned I thought something was weird in the medical closet. When we first went to the closet on the tour, the plated windows had rust between the plate and the windowsill. However when Akio and I investigated there, the rust was gone. Also everything in the closet was randomly distributed like a tornado passed through the room or something. It wasn't like the other messes on the upper floor. Anyways, that's about it. I'm not sure how help this will actually be, but I thought it was worth mentioning."
