Lana stood up, her heel resting on Darke's chest. "This scum under my shoe at the moment, is brother to two important men. One, is Joe Darke, the infamous murderer in the SL-9 case. The other, is prosecutor Michael Darke, who's had it out for me for a long time."

She then turned to Cheryl. "SL-9 was a case in which Joe Darke killed many innocent people. And 'attempted' to..." she swallowed, "...murder my sister. Neil Marshall was a star prosecutor, and he got murdered too. Not by Darke...but by then Chief of Police, Damon Gant."

Tyrey leaned in and caught Cheryl before she hit the ground. Just like something in a movie. He carried her over to an empty hospital bed, and explained to the nurse that she had fainted, and needed help immediately. He then returned to the crowd.
