Ash speckles his clothes and hair, beads of sweat run off his brow, and his skin was boiling red. He puts his hands behind his head, breathing heavy, with his mouth in a snarl.
Clearly feeling uncomfortable, he unbuttons his letter jacket, pushing it back away from his neck. Under it, he's wearing a lavender polo with the buttons undone, and the collar popped. The polo is wrapped tightly around his impressive musculature.
With a huff, he locks eyes with Eve, a bitter look of absolute hatred the only thing readable on his face. He quickly looks away, wiping his face and eyes.
"Well I really don't want to get this wrong, so let's think this through carefully, okay?!" he shouts to the group. "Let's avoid accusing each other until we know how she died. I have my suspicions too, but unless you can explain most of the whole story, what's even the point of saying anything, yeah?"
He rubs his neck, still a little amped, "Look, Siri... Siri treated everyone with the utmost respect, so let's respect her and do this right."

Vic was absolutely furious, but he spoke calmly in spite how he looked. "Hey Eve or whoever ya are, if these bots of yours loosen even a little, im going to break free and smash every last one including you...got that."
Vic now having got that off his chest, was forced to stand straight up once more.

Oddly enough, Annabella seemed unfased by Siri's untimely death when compared everyone else. She glaced at the others grieving in confusion. "Why aren't any of you focused on the trial? Isn't that what's important right now?"

"Anyway, let's try to do alibis. Before the crash, Honda, Nana, Annabella, and Nicos and me were all in the lounge together listening to Honda's tunes. Nana left briefly in the middle of it to go find Hoshi but came back. We were the first ones out of the train."
"After the crash, teach and Eli and me went into the dining car. The window between the kitchen and the dining room broke and let the fire travel into there. The lock on the door to the kitchen was busted so I had to chop through it. Nick said the vents in the kitchen were completely closed off due to emergency systems. The fire was definitely started when the train crashed and one of the appliances caught ablaze. There was a hole in the storage room door like around head height, which was maybe because of the fire. There were also crates on the other side of the door."

He squinted at the sky, tugging pointlessly at his restraits, though clearly more out of principle than because he thought it would work.
"You know, Momma sent me out here to take a break..." Eli mumbled, "Get a break from all the violence."
"...Real goddamn funny, huh?"
Eli looked down and stared out towards the others discussing the incident. He crossed his arms and cllosed his eyes, apparently done struggling. Strangely enough, he looked less anxious now than he did when the trip started.
"The way I see it..." Eli began, "We've got three options here. First, this whole thing was a freak accident and Siri was killed by a cosmic fluke. Second, someone here with a carefully concealed history of mental health issues just totally snapped. Third, this was all a set-up and someone's in league with tha over there."
Eli jerked his head towards Eve. "Though I don't see why this brilliant product of an idiotic mind over here can't have pulled the whole thing. Either way, I'm sure the evidence will tell the full story."
"Now, the first step should be putting together all of our testimonies." Eli whipped out his holographic screen, flipped through some menus, and started typing furiously. "I'll keep it brief for now. Basically, I somehow wound up in the restaurant with Skylar and Nina while Kyoya and Vic were having some toast making contest. Vic seemed to be doing a lot of weird stuff for the sake of toast, and then Nina prompty disappeared. Hopefully they can explain that... Anyway, before anyone could actually eat the toast, the train went nuts."
"We went outside the train, and everyone was there except Eve, Althea, Siri, Hoshiko, and Nina. So then Teach, Marshall, and I went back inside to put out the fire, like they were talking about. Per my examination, the fire was a pretty direct result of the crash. The cooker malfunctioned, the automated fire extinguishers failed to function, and the whole place got torched. One of Kyoya's RC cars was irreperably destroyed in the process. Quite a shame."
"After that, we quickly tried opening the door to the storage carriage, but there was something blocking the way. It looked like the fire hadn't really touched the place though. Teach also checked the air vents. Apparently some shutters had blocked them off, so the fire couldn't spread that way. I guess neither could any of us too."
Eli let out a sigh, seemingly finished. "No clue what happened to Siri yet though. Skylar might be on the right track."

"Yea, I can back her claim, well atleast until the crash, and can also back Nina's disappearance, though personally I don't think she did it, she would have already done something sooner and if she had and I trust she go after me I told her id take on that challenge after all." Vic said with cofidence...in spite his trust for nina being completely baseless.

"After the headcount in the clearing, Rose and I went back to our room with Honda to get our things. All my poor dolls were thrown all over the place, and it took us half an hour to save everyone. During that time we were able to get a good look at the clearing and the first bedroom. Nothing was suspicious or out of place.

"I'm not sure how anyone could've found out about the killing game beforehand and I severely doubt anyone could be in league with The Terminator over there..."
She paused and thought for a moment.
"It doesn't make sense. Eve is the only source of information about the killing game, as she is the conductor behind this twisted orchestra, but I doubt she'd directly tell anyone about it because that would throw off whatever plan she has. After all, she did look rather surprised that there was a death before she could even announce the game proper."
Skylar cracked her knuckles and went on, "Therefore, it's only plausible that someone either killed for shits and giggles, like Nina, or because they had a vendetta against Siri."

Like everyone else had up to now, he tried his bonds, only to find that they, as everyone else's, merely resisted his efforts to find a method to free himself. Perhap they could be exploited like Chinese finger cuffs? Something to consider.
Still, not everything added up. He frowned, thinking on it. Ms. Nina did indeed have the most plausible "reason", but why would she go after Siri and not either Mr. Keyes or Mr. Terry, both of whom she either clashed with or would willingly take her on in a fight?
"I believe we can count Ms. Nina out. Her Ultimate would certainly seem to lend itself to murdering without due cause, yet I find it difficult to believe she would do so to Ms. Hall first, and not either Mr. Keyes or Mr. Terry, both of whom she'd have ample reason to." Anderson chewed his lip, considering it. "No... if I had to pick someone out solely because of their behavior, my first instinct would be Mr. Okamura, for he ran from the scene rather than cast aside his inhibitions and attempt to help. However, I would rather he be here to answer those charges instead of myself simply badmouthing his name."

"Can he really be in two places at once, though? I mean, he has to control his toaster, so I'd imagine that doesn't lend him much time to goof around and kill someone on the other end. Besides, the toaster was in the restaurant car making its namesake. I'm pretty sure if he was off killing Siri, we would've heard something suspicious come through his microphone."

"Also, isn't this whole situation kind of a closed room? You guys were in the restaurant right in front of the storage room until the crash happened. And the crash really messed a lot of stuff up in the kitchen, so how would the killer have escaped? That's the real problem here with the killer theory."
