"Like I said, Marshall's reasoning for why the body was thrown out is a bit flimsy. Why was it outside when they could have moved it to another storage? If there's evidence that Kyoya didn't do it, or did do it, then this is what we need to discuss."

"Yeah, uh, I don't know..." Nana scratched her head. "I guess there'd have to be a really good reason for the killer to move Mr. Vic's body as far as they did. That seems like it'd be a lot of work, and someone could have seen them, like, anytime, right? I think they'd have a pretty hard time explaining what they were doing if they got caught."

The toaster began spewing smoke out of the top, shaking in quiet rage as the accusations were thrown at it.

"Marshall, I know you may be incapable with that ape brain of yours but I suggest you look at the mystery from an angle that's not so convenient to you. From the beginning, you've had it out for me. Accuse me as much as you want, and even vote for me, but don't act like this scenario isn't something you hoped for. I'll be sure to greet you in hell."

The camera turned to Eli. "Eli, you're one of the only sensible people left. It's up to you."

The car turned away from the general direction of everyone else, facing the wall. "As for a theory... I believe the killer glued the controls so Nick would not be able to use his manual override and turn off the gas. He would have to go in the room and possibly be knocked out by the gas. I do not know how Vic's body plays into this or who the figure was, but I do believe the murderer set a scenario up so they could kill Nick in a very short timeframe. And Nina seems the most suspicious to me. Additionally, we are running out of time and we should strongly consider using a lifeline at this point in the trial."

Marshall stops breathing for a second, "Oh yeah, the other chambers were probably empty, weren't they. Well, we definitely have a good picture of the crime. We can't let ourselves get too worked up over something that's relatively minor like that."

He rubs his chin in contemplation for a second before hearing Kyoya speak.

A wicked scowl cracks across his face, "Yeah, and you know who else I knew was lying to me the whole time? Vic. That time it wasn't a pleasure, as you might recall. This time, well I won't call it a pleasure, but it won't hurt as much."

"Give it up, dude. Trying to get us to throw our lifelines away? Is that all you can do now?"

Marshall folds his arms, bis cool composure clearly rattled, "I'll consider doing a lifeline. I wanna know what the body had on it that made it have to be dropped."

Then she spoke up. “I think before we shovel our accusations against each other, we should still figure out the remaining mystery behind the case- why Vic’s body was disposed of in such a strange manner. Admittedly I think Kyoya seems to be the most likely candidate for the figure I saw, but we seem to have hit a dead end there for now. So as long as we figure out what the body was disposed for, we should have an idea of the killer’s plan.”

“If it’s really necessary though, I’m somewhat open to using a lifeline as well. Though we mustn’t waste it so easily”, she opined. “A logic dive would be more suitable as it would answer more questions in one go, though then we would need to decide a suitable person to take it. Perhaps someone with a clear cut alibi, like me or Althie, for example.”

"To put it another way, the crime as we know it doesn't require Vic's body to be moved. They could have murdered Nick just fine without doing so. So then, perhaps someone had some use for it? What use might someone have for a body?"

"I got it!" Evelyn shouted. "The body could have been kept on the chair in the room so that a significant weight would have been placed there, to make it seem as though someone were sitting there! After that, the killer could have simply thrown it away... For whatever reason, they needed to dispose it from a greater height. The reason they needed to place the body there was so that it would be their alibi of sorts."

In either case though, I doubt using just anything here would work. There was little we noticed here that could have easily been used as a weight here as effectively as a human corpse. ...I’ll admit that the reasoning behind the disposal of the body still seems unclear to me, though, so perhaps I shall try thinking this over again.”

Furthermore I wouldn't have noticed if she were carrying a corpse since my camera was angled at the floor when she came into the staff corridor. She could've tripped and dropped it, and decided to destroy the camera since she would not know how much footage of her was recorded." It seemed that was all Kyoya had to contribute.
