“I’m sick of this stuffy room,” Mei says with a sigh. “Let’s just get out of here.”
“Not so fast,” Fujisaki replies, slamming his bracelet on the door to the Snake cell. “You missed one.”
“What’s the point?” Amethyst asks, “The room’s completely empty.”
Glowering, Fujisaki steps toward Amethyst, causing her to flinch backwards. Fortunately, Suyin strides between them.
“I don’t think it’s a bad idea to thoroughly search everything in this place,” she says, “Who knows? There might be something in that cell we’ll need later.”
“I’m afraid she has a point,” Zhang says, stepping toward the Snake cell. “Any chance of getting Sunny out of that room is worth pursuing.”
Zhang slips the key into the lock and turns it. The lock clicks open, and she gently pushes the door. It swings wide with a creak, revealing the room’s contents. On the wall is a white outline of a young woman with four red crosshairs painted on it. Two are marked by bullet holes. However, something strange lies on the bed.
“Hmm. What’s this?” Amandi says, picking up a golden folder. “It says…Secret File #1.”
“Ooh, secrets?” Sunny’s voice shouts, “Secrets are cool! Open it, quick!”
Amandi’s brow furrows as he opens the file and stares at its contents: a single piece of paper.
“This is…”
“Ugh, let me see that,” Mei says, grabbing the paper.
Everyone gathers around to look. It has two sides, both of which have been scrawled over in frantic, looping handwriting.

“So our captor’s a fucking lunatic,” Mei mumbles, “Big shocker.”
“You dismiss it at lunacy only because you yourself do not understand,” X replies coolly. “Perhaps if you were not so quick to turn away from new experiences, you would understand the universe as well as I do.”
Taikong throws his hands into the air and turns to leave the cell.
“Ehh, screw this. Let’s just get out of here.”
No one else has any reason to argue with him. They follow him out, open the golden door, and leave the room.
Spoiler: Secret Files: An Explanation

Outside the dungeon, the group discovers a rubble-strewn hallway. They warily step down the tiled floor until they find their path completely blocked by enormous boulders. Fortunately, they notice a set of tall iron doors on their left and decide to head inside.
On the other side of the doors is a jade throne perched at the top of a set of stone stairs. Massive, shredded tapestries hang behind it. Piles of rubble and ash cake the floor. A computer lies smashed near the entrance. A gaping hole has been torn through the domed ceiling, revealing the Moon outside. Its captivating light grabs the group’s attention.
Eventually, they notice a massive monitor above the throne. On it, a small boy is curiously poking the screen.
Zhang’s voice immediately breaks the silence.
“S-Sunny!”

When he got up, it was possible to see a little more of the room behind him. You could see part of a metal looking device behind him... what's that??
