Erik finished up a bite of the grilled octopus, grimacing a bit at the odd texture, but ultimately managing to down it. He definitely preferred the soup.

"Speaking of the mystery, has anyone made... any progress with it?" he asked, not really addressing anyone in particular as he tried to steer the topic to something hopefully more fun to discuss. Or at the very least, not as uncomfortable. "I'm just curious, really. Not that I expect anyone to tell me or anyone, really, just how much progress they made or give any hints, but you know. Just asking. I'm not the best at mysteries like this, heheh, so I doubt I'll be the one to solve it. ... Probably for the best too, I doubt I'd make for a very good head..." he mumbled to himself.

Fritz absolutely contributed to all of those conversations and said a lot of good, amazing things. However, at the moment he was digging in to the octopus voraciously. He twirled the tentacles around his fork like spaghetti and took a hearty bite.

"I believe that Gideon has a solution to his riddle about the location of his headship ring. Gideon always valued his solutions quite a lot," Meta says. She sadly had to set aside her octopus after only a few bites, citing that she hadn't left enough room after the first course.

"I haven't given the riddle much thought yet. I suppose since I feel as though there's still more to come from Gideon. Until there is a closed room to solve, I won't seek one out."

The door bursts open, revealing a tall man with unkempt blonde hair standing on the other side. He is wearing a somewhat rumpled suit that is damp from the weather.

"Uhm, sorry about that! The weather is really starting to turn and the door was unlocked." he sheepishly mutters, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly.

Juna gulped at the police being here. It clearly made her uncomfortable, and then she nearly jumped at the sound of the door opening. She noticed the man walk in and, despite him being soaked, in an absolute faux-pas for servants, didn't bring him a towel.

Instead, she just narrowed her eyes at him suspiciously, "Different side, same methods," she reflected aloud.
