In the first game in case 5 Jake Marshall talks about evidence transfel he says 2 yrs after a case in solved in febuary, 2 yrs later the evidence from the solved case goes to an underground vault never to be investigated or reopened again.

Now the problem is that the DL6 inident was solved in 2001 15 yrs b4 the start of the game so how come 15 yrs later in 2016 when the game is set evidence is still obtainable for that case when it should have gone thorught evidence transferal in 2003 2 yrs after it had been "solved".

If anyone can clear this up it would be gr8

thanks

Because DL6 wasn't solved- Yanni was innocent and they never closed the case.

Therefore DL6 was filed as 'unsolved' and subject to the statue of limitations- a fifteen year gap wherein the case can be obtained if they got a solution.

Problem solved.

Who said fandom had to make sense? Isn't the fun of fandom making sense of things the creators didn't consider?

We at CR, love grammar. We can't get enough of it.

BLASPHEMY! The worst thing would be the revival of l33t speak.

It's the SL-9 incident that got "resolved", but Jake wanted to reopen the case to fix up the loose ends.

I personally love to 1337speak and make smaller versions of words but in the CR forums, try to stick to normal grammer so most people can understand
