As for the coat, the line where the side of the coat ends (Y'know, where zippers should be and stuff. Gah, can't think of the name for that middle spot.) ain't matching up where the coat seperates.

On the legs there are some white pixels where there should be blue coloring. Also a of the outlines are partialy erased and some darkened that kinda bugs the eyes a little, either darken the outline or match the transparancy on the darker pixels.
ALso, the dark blue on the pants doesn't fit right since it doesn't look good... follow the pixel coloration on the top suit.
Also, question, is the bottom from the art?

and the pixels I mentioned are still present. and I can still see the dark blue from the art on there, my suggestion: Color change the dark blue to the shading blue over it to cover it. Oh and fix white pixel on the pants EDIT: Scratch the shading blue, instead use the lighting blue, I wasn't paying attention

Keep working on it man, To get my HoboGodot Sprite I had my friend look it over like 16 different times to make sure shading/outlining/coloring was right before I finished, as well as my OC Danica Sprite ^^;; I have my sprite topic somewhere around here >_>

Also as Slob said, you need to extend his lower half a bit as his hips and pelvis extend up into his abdomen.
I think someone else on this board has already made a Phoenix pose with legs. Ill try to find it.
EDIT: Here it is.
Looking at it again, the legs seem a bit too small for the body. Try resizing the lower half so its a bit bigger.
