Ok,I'm just wondering who or what inspires you to make your goals seem more reachable? What or Who keeps you going and makes you who you are today. It can be anyone or anything! Even if your reason is minor then go on, share it!

Who: Darzie P inspires me to not be so emotional,he helps me see my mistakes and accept the little things, he also inspires me to sprite more. I may not know him personally but he has made my life better, just by knowing him. :)
My bro inspires me to never give up.
My mom inspires me to follow my dreams
Meat Loaf inspires my singing carrer.
John.....someone who means the world to me, taught me to stand up for myself and not be afraid to speak my mind. I love him very much and wish him the best....
My Ex-BF inspires me to take risks!

What: Romance inspires my art, I love life more in relationships.

Ok, now.....tell me yours.

Things that inspire me?

I have to say... My country, The girl I'm in love with, my family, and the like.

But the more akward things that inspire would be Laundry baskets, clothes, and pencils.
Re: What/Who inspires you?Topic%20Title

Death inspires me. The fact that one day all this suffering will come to end, brings me a great deal of inner peace. The only reason I get up every morning is because I know there's a small chance that something could kill me.

I said I sounded like a geek. I didn't say that what I said made me a geek. lol. To be honest though, I don't really meet that many people nowadays who really care alot about their families. Maybe its just my sucky community.... its really sad.

It's a little bit from here, a little bit from there - members of my family, music, art, literature, historical figures, people who have touched my life in one way or another as friends/colleagues/partners ....

She's the only thing in the world that can make me do some with effort. =D

Well...my friends and family inspire me to do well/do better with work etc. They're always there if need a hug or just a good laugh at the end of a busy day.

As for my writing and sprite-editing...I'd say my own twisted imagination. :karma: Though in part it's my dreams...I'll often wake up in the morning and write things down which eventually turn into fanfics.

ONE thing inspires me: the quest for silence and knowledge. I'm surrounded for loud morons at school, so I try to think and be in a quiet place at home, where I can spread my wit and wisdom in peace.

So far I only have two.

Myself.

Me, my, myself. The only trustworthy source of inspiration I know.

I am me. No other. I am no puppet, and I shall not become so.

My country has no influence on my beliefs, my parents have raised me, sure, but I still decide whatever I want to do myself. While schoolteachers have some power due to larger knowladge, I stay critical to the lessons, and am quick to bide at faulty information. Death can go fuck himself and come back later, why should I care. And I have no close friends that could have an influence on how I think, because such persons wouldn' be a friend of mine.

I am my own inspirational source, and I hope it will stick that way. A philosopy of mine would probably be, that I shape my own life. While it is true that others will help me find the way, they have no influence over my opinions, goals, etc. If I am proved wrong in a discussion, I will change my views - I am not allknowing. But I only bend to the truth, not to others liking.

The closest thing that probably ever has come to be a source of inspiration would be video games and other forms of fiction due to me easily being immersed in such worlds. While I don't mind art, I could but sneeze at the art from big museums and such - not displaying anything but perhaps a talented art skill (which is good enough in itself), but just that individuals personality which is, by no means, better than my own. So a politicans thinks this and that? Why should I care? If he wants me to take on his view, he can just go face-to-face and give it to me like that. The law? HAH. I have my own set of rules that I follow, which are stricter than the laws already in place. Religion? While I've considered the posibility of there being a god, I have long since overcome that dilemma by simply knowing the imposibility of religions knowing of such a metaphysicial body. The fact that "alot of people believes in such" is a flawed argument, steaming only from manipulation of the masses. The same thing goes to such people as old greek philosophers, celebrities, and wise men with an opinion. If you want to prove your theory, then do just that. I will, myself, judge it's usefullness. No other person is able to do that other than myself.

Call me disrespectfull, but I am who I am. And that, apperently, is more than alot of people can brag about.

Hmm............Well I must say, I have a pretty short list but here it is in no particular order:

Boston Legal and Phoenix Wright made me realize that I would make a good attorney, which is what I want to be.

The best friend I have made me want to become a defense attorney specifically because someone needs to stick up for those without anyone on their side.

I know that my family certainly played a part in who I am, so I should really thank them.

And I have to thank members on this board such as MikeMeekinsFan, DetectiveTomDamron, Croik, ect. for being great role models to all of us (this includes me).

The biggest inspiration in my life has got to be my father.

He's gone through many things in life, and the fact that he was able to keep smiling and think positive all this while amazes me to no end. Because of him, I am inspired to become a singer, because he is one, and seeing how much he enjoys his job, it all the more makes me want to be just like him.

Because of his status, any slip-ups he make will be made public, and thats precisely what happened 2-3 years back. I'll not go into this further, but yea, he continued smiling for the sake of our family, even though we know he is suffering inside. He's my hero. And I really consider him brave.

He also thinks-out-of-the-box most of the time, and he has very strong logical thinking skills. He can almost tell what a person has went through to become what they are today, and his foresight is awesome too. He's very serious and determined, yet jolly and happy at the same time.

He's super humorous, and makes us laugh all the time. He "acts cute", "thinks he's super duper handsome" and he likes making jokes. He's a very humble person, and despite his popularity and status, he makes friends with everybody. From void-deck cleaners to even rich sultans. And also despite our truckload of money, he's too thrifty. HE DOESN'T LET ME BUY TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS. :chinami:

You can say I almost follow after his footsteps. I help those in need, I am happy all the time, even if I'm not I pretend I am for the sake of my friends and family, and I like thinking uniquely.

Besides my father, there's also my family. They are my pillar of strength, ray of hope and source of love.

Gosh, I didn't find that remotely Gothic - I thought it was quite reasoned and honest, myself.

Hang on to those sorts of people. I have let too many slip through my fingers that were hugely key to my life for one reason on another and usually it's a source of regret later that they're not there to be thanked or to have the favour returned.

My friends do inspire my writingto a certain extent, as thier Zany craziness translates into crackfiction and humor stories. My folks have always inspired me to do better and to be myself, even when they odn't apree with my interests/obsessions

A lot of my inpiration ((in terms of writing style and approaches)) actually comes from writersand artists that I read and respect, i.e. Neil Gaiman, Marv Wolfman, David Eddings, Ryo Mizuno, Hayao Miyazaki, some artists I personally know ((I'm not going to name names)) and more. Art inspires more art, so much of my influences come from these guys
