What if the Phoenix Wright characters had daemons, Philip Pullman style? (...If you know who I am, please say nothing.)

Coyote - Clever, determined, humorous.
Snow Leopard - Elegant and somewhat intimidating.
Magpie - Need I say anything?
Cat - Snobby, proud, and seemingly self-confident, with obvious mood changes.
Mongoose - Seems cute, right? Well, it's a vicious predator that hates its rivals with a passion.
Doberman - Might seem mean, but very loyal to those it cares about.
Artic Fox - Pretty and sneaky.
Stoat - My first thought was "a stoat's hair rapidly changes from brown to white." It just seemed to fit to me from there.
White Tiger - Intimidating, tough, vicious. I also figured his white feline daemon's form could have had an influence on Miles' white leopard.

I actually have a huge list of them. I'm just sharing the better ones.
