Godot/Phoenix because I just don't get it. It's not because I'm a biased Mia/Diego and Phoenix/Edgeworth fan (Because I pair Nick and Mia around, and together, way too much for me to be biased), I just honestly can't see anything appealing or an interesting dynamic in this. So I'm pretty much indifferent to this.
Miles/Franziska because, simply, it's too much of a sibling relationship. Fran would've been tiny when Miles came to live with her family, so I can't see her thinking of him anymore than her 'little brother'. If she was around his age when he came to stay, I could see it happening, since she would be old enough to think of him as a foster brother. And to be honest, psuedo-incest pairings squick me out more than real incest, for some reason.
And Phoenix/Iris because I simply believe that he's gotten over her, and her confession only put him to rest about the whole deal
Yeah that's it. I would've added Phoenix/Maya, but lately I've seen a bit of appeal in it xD;

Funny, I was about to do the same thing, but you beat me to it. Ah well, it's probably not my place to predict what CFtF will do, anyway. Anyway, I have to agree here, as well, although... not quite as forcefully. I just don't believe gay pairings are stupid, and I don't think such is a good reason to dislike something.

Not to mention that Cody is 3-4 years older then Pearl, and Cody is from case 1-3, but Pearl doesn't even show up until JFA
Miles/Phoenix DOES have ground since Edgeworth is ALWAYS Blushing when they talk outside of Court, but its obviously not happening because No Company has the guts to do so unless its the main Focus.
and Lawfully(even if its not Genetically) Fran/Miles is Incest.
And Phoenix/Maya makes Phoenix look like a Pedophile or something.
Naruhobo(I love that name XD) and Ema Does also have grounds since they hang out a lot supposedly, but He's 32 by then and I guess 6 years doesn't make to much of a difference by then but still, I think its just a "Old friends" Relationship.
I think the only Valid Pairing that doesn't have Giant gaps in it is Armando/Mia because they actually WERE Dating and only broke up because Armando DIED(Mia Dies too but thats years later)

Hey, why doesn't anyone get all angry about the people coming in saying "I hate all Het pairings" like they do when the people come in and say "I hate all Gay pairings"? I mean, I'm not going to be pissy towards anyone due to their preferences; I just wondered. It seems like pretty much the same thing, just from the opposite angle... Just trying to treat everybody equally. Is it because the people who are squicked by Het are typically nicer about it than the people who are squicked by Gay? Or because the heterophobes are actually squicked, whereas the homophobes seem more angry by the thought? Not always, but usually. Just a question. Like I said, I don't have a problem with either, or a problem with anyone who has a problem with either.

/ I don't know, other than Larry and maybe Franziska (And even that's a gamble), I just can't see Maya being with any PW characters, due to how spacey and kiddish her character is. Phoenix cares for Maya. That much is obvious and has been proven again and again, but I can't help but see it as more of a brother-sister type of relationship rather than any sort of romantic love. Besides, consider how much Phoenix belittles Maya's intelligence at points and often makes sarcastic and even semi-snide remarks at her when she's acting... Mayaish, I don't see how romantic feelings could really develop between the two of them. But hey, to each their own.

Really the main obstical I see is that Phoenix would have to sleep with, live with, ext. somebody who looks almost exactly like somebody (And was the sister of somebody) WHO TRIED TO MURDER HIM. That, and I agree with others that there don't seem to be any real feelings shown, at least by Phoenix, at the end of 3-5. It was a bit of a crush, back in high-school but I think that Phoenix seemed to be saying "Thanks for telling me everything, now I can move on with my life." rather than "Dear god I love you, take me now!" But again, to each their own.
