I figured we may as well get one of these to keep things more organized.
So here it is, the DCC!

For all your more casual/smaller topics, talk about them here!

Rules
Of course, all the obvious forum rules still apply in chit chat, but I want to stress the main ones here.

* Chit chat doesn't mean you can post spam/junk posts here.
* Make sure your posts have at least four words and have something to contribute to the conversation.
* Even if your post is beyond four words, make sure it has something to do with the conversation.
* If it's something random and not a conversation at all.
* This is the "hi everyone ... bye everyone ... what's happening" thread.
* Posts such as "I just stubbed my toe" or "Hey everyone, guess what? I GOT MARIO GALAXY!!!!" are posts that I think should go here.
* And if you want to know what's happening, look back a couple/few pages to find out. Stay on topic. If there isn't a topic, start a new one instead of complaining or asking what should the new topic be.
* And don't complain about the thread being dead: that is spam.

Yea, basically place for small topics that don't really need a full thread.
Maybe I'm naive in assuming I have the authority to make this, but hey, you do what you can, right?

General chat topics were banned long ago.
Look in the BBC for the BBC chatroom topic.
Don't mind me, just passing through.

We don't allow chat topics like this on the forum. If it's a topic that's too small to be discussed in a full thread, or just generic "hi" "bye" messages, that kind of thing belongs in an actual chat room, not here.
