Perfectly vertically, but white and the 'all times are UTC + 1 hour' part is pushed to the right, slightly off-screen, and dirrectly below Phoenix. Moving Phoenix closer to the Court Records button could work for the clutterness, BTW. Or just remove him completely.

Ok. This looks realy bad (I made it with MS Paint) but it may work. Just shift Phoenix over to the left and put White where Phoenix is now.
