According to This UK game site (link provided by Ultrasaint) T&T UK will ship March 21st, 2008. However, this date is still unofficial, as Capcom and Nintendo have yet to confirm any date other than "2008".

It also lists AJ as March 7th, again not an official date. Yes, that's earlier than T&T. Oh Capcom Europe, what are you thinking?

Aj out before T&T.
They really are special with a captial "R".
Besides, when I went into GAME, the store in mention, only yesterday, they still had no updated date. According to them T&T [will]?! be released in the last quarter of 2007.
Wait...

What are they thinking now? Apollo Justice before Trials and Tribulations? I'm so happy I've imported them both so I don't have to wait for another month!

Erm...I don't mean to sound rude, but I sent you this link ages ago (about 2 weeks). Granted it was only for T&T but it's still part of the news story.

To summarise, this is a list of the sources so far that state these release dates, and also some details about the sources to give you an idea of how reliable these sources are:

GAME UK - the largest game retail chain in Europe; merged with Electronics Boutique several years ago and is now essentially the European branch of EB. Considering their connections, there is a very reasonable chance that what they state as the release date is official.

Gamespot - the well-known gaming news, previews and reviews site; considered well-informed and reputable (excluding the unfortunate incident late last year I'm not very familiar with) - it is unlikely that they are mistaken and have probably gotten the dates unofficially from their contacts within Capcom.

Gamefaqs - Gamespot and Gamefaqs belong to the same network and share a database, so effectively they only count as one source. :/

PocketGamer.co.uk - Not familiar with this one at all; here's their mission statement page; it'll give you as much of an idea of who and what they are as I have. Interestingly, their article on the Ace Attorney release dates implies that T&T's release date was finalised unofficially before AJ:AA's.

So far, we have two reputable sources stating these dates as the release dates, and one not-as-reputable source. It's not much to go on yet, unfortunately.

The Source Articles:
AJ:AA release date
GAME UK
Gamespot
GameFAQs

T&T release date
GAME UK
Gamespot
GameFAQs
PocketGamer.co.uk

Me, from the last thread on this topic wrote:
The official Nintendo Europe site has yet to be updated with this information, but that doesn't mean much because games are marked as "TBC" on that site when they've been released for months. :P

I checked Capcom Europe's website recently and the site and forum posts seemed to be several months out of date, so that won't be of any use here, either. In fact, Capcom Europe's site does not even acknowledge the release of JFA! See for yourself; I can't believe how sloppy the European department is either.

And finally, regarding the possibility that the games are going to be released out of order:

Me from the old topic again :P wrote:
Here's my theory: the UK version will include a French language option and there's a certain element to the game, namely:
Spoiler: T&T
That very flamboyant French chef in a certain case. :P
I'm guessing localisation for the third game was more awkward than normal and so it's been excessively delayed to avoid lawsuits and country-specific bans.

To their credit, though, the official line is that all Q1 EU releases have been confirmed and finalised so if these dates are true, this is getting released ahead of schedule.

Ultimately, the series seems to be flying under the radar in Europe, which may have something to do with the fact that Nintendo Europe, not Capcom, is publishing AJ on this continent.

They're thinking "anything will dof or Europe, we don't give a toss" as usual.

I have pre-ordered AJ from Play Asia in any case.

Nintendo.co.uk has been updated. The news is a mixed bag.

The information page for AJ:AA has been completely removed from the site and the release date has been modified to simply "2008". However, both T&T and AJ:AA are now marked as "Coming Soon", so there still remains a possibility that we are simply awaiting a formal press release during February from either Capcom or Nintendo.

At the time of writing, Capcom Europe's website is down.

Hah hah.

What a shock. A phrase that involves the words "arse" and "elbow" springs to mind. And another that involves "piss-up" and "brewery" in fact XD

Never mind. Play Asia is my friend XD

Did the box-art look like this - paying particular attention to the "T" logo in the bottom-left corner - or was it different?

If it looks exactly like the above, it was a US import copy and there's no reason for us to break down Capcom-Europe's doors. :P

EDIT: Also, this got pointed out in another topic:

Apollo Justice appears to have been delayed until April 11th. Now I'm definitely getting an import copy. XP
Gamespot also backs this up.

T&T's date has not been changed.

Just about everywhere is saying AJ will be released on 11th April now. Shame, if it was 7th March I could have got it for my birthday...

Nintendo.co.uk has been updated with new information, and states the EU release date as a ridiculously long way away: 9th May 2008. Screw that, it's importing time.

Hi everyone! This is my first post here, and of course, it's a question (sorry) :phoenix: I don't have much time to write regularly in forums but AA definitely deserves some of my time!

I'm very interested in the news regarding the release dates of AA 3 and 4, but my question is if there's any official info about the languages that will be included in the EU releases of TT and AJ. I'm a bit worried because I think I read somewhere that there would be only English+French or English+Italian or something like that. I have both AA 1 and 2 euro releases and both of them include Spanish (I'm Spanish). It won't be an issue playing in English but I've been patiently waiting for the local release because I know that if I import them from th US I would buy the euro release again just to have it in Spanish -and I don't want to spend so much- Now, if there'll be no Spanish then there's no point in waiting and it's importing time! So, any news about this?

Nah, but usually there's several releases in different languages. Depends where on the continent you are.

Historically, the games have had two distinct releases in Europe. These release contain different languages and are released at different times:

AA1; English and French - German, Spanish and Italian
AA2; English, French and German - Spanish and Italian

Chances are because AA3 is very similar in terms of size and engine to AA2, it'll be released this way:

AA3; English, French and German - Spanish and Italian

Because AA4 is designed for the DS, it may be much larger and unable to hold multiple languages on one cart, so it's probably going to be released as a single language version, making the wait for the UK version even more annoyingly pointless. :P

Hm. Originally nintendo.co.uk listed AJ as being released with a 7+ rating in the EU, but that's been changed to 12+. This is yet another possible reason for the long delay - maybe PEGI are unwilling to give T&T a rating lower than 16+ for the time being and that's why a release date isn't being set? I could see something like T&T being a little on the severe side for a 12+ rating, to be honest.

BTW:

The EU box-art can be seen there, although it's a bit small. :/

That sounds like it was the case. I've read the PEGI won't check games with 3+ or 7+ rating if they don't doubt them. They do check every game with 12+ or higher. It seems they wanted to check AJ as JFA was 12+. And that really takes more time. Also, I've read they can also be checked locally too after the original check made by PEGI. This makes the wait even longer.

IT'S OFFICIAL: APOLLO JUSTICE IS RELEASED IN THE EU ON MAY 9TH 2008

Still no confirmation of a solid release date for T&T. It looks like they're skipping it completely. :(

Well, in the Bionic Commando podcast Matsukawa-san did say that we'll be hearing the announcement for both Ace Attorney 3 and 4 for Europe quite soon... So I guess they haven't totally forgotten Trials and Tribulations yet.
