After hearing the entire testimony again, he said, "The Defense would like to move on. We believe that the information about the unidentified prints on the scope, once identified, will become important later on in the trial."
((OOC: Personally, I got a bit confused when cross-examining as it is. :P It seemed to miss a few things, but I guess motive sometimes takes place later on in the trial. Without a cue, I can't question it.))

"So you said earlier it busted a hole in the window... my question is, why wouldn't he have simply opened the window before firing? It would have obviously put more evidence against him if he didn't... even though he didn't."

-Attorney's Badge: 'Nobody would believe I was an Attorney without this,' is inscribed in the back of it. Must be the motto.
-Ricky's "M1911A1 Colt" pistol (Murder Weapon): Fired Once. Registered to the defendant, and has the defendant's finger prints on it.
-Special Scope: Was customized to attach to the murder weapon. Prints located on it, but none can be matched. Apparently special-ordered.
-Receipt: Receipt for custom scope from an unknown company, "G.A.T.O. Corp.". No determinable fingerprints.
