It was 1:45 PM. Jacob was sitting on his computer chair, head down low. He was saddened that he and his girlfriend Lanna had to have a fight with eachother. He got up to his bed and slept for about 15 minutes, when he got a call from his brother, Jesse. "Come to the alleyway, I found your glove," He said. Though he didn't want to, he put on a coat and walked out of the apartment. Then, he saw a horrific sight. His girlfriend laying on the ground, blood slowly flushing from her chest. He was in a daze, and picked up the weapon without thinking. Then, He heard Maggie scream, and tires screech. It all became a blur as Jacob fell backward with a thump.

Old Alley March 24th, 3 PM

Ok, we're starting with a short investigation first. Anyone can talk to anyone they wish to get any info they can.

Phoenix walked into the alley seeing thw white police tape layed out in the shape of the victims body. "Thats one gruesome sight... I can't belive how much blood was spilled..." He saw that the police were examining the crime scene for any new evidence they could dig up.

"Wow their in a serious frenzy looking for evidence..." Just then he saw something laying on the ground. "A glove?" He saw it hidden behind one of the dumpsters. "Strange... better make a note of this."

(glove added to court record.)

((Is that ok with the adding to the court record thing, if you don't like it I'll be happy to edit it out.))

Phoenix looked back to see his assistant. 'Oh no it maya...' He thought as he turned around with a frown on his face. "You know we can't go out for burgers now, I'm investigating the crime scene!" He said as he went back to look around for more clues, and/or evidence. "I wonder what that glove was doing there hidden behind the dumpster... Oh well, I'll figure that out later..." He said to himself as he scoped the scene a little more.

He looked at her with an akward stare. "Didn't I already... Nevermind..." He sighed and started explaining the whole case to her. ((I'm to lazy to write out the whole thing so pretend I explained the whole thing to you lol.)) "...So you see thats what happened." He took a couple breaths after the whole explainations about the case.

"Well I already found this..." He sowed her the glove hidden behind the dumpster. "Its a glove, its got a bloodstain on it, it looks like its been used... But for what? Thats the question." He filed it back into the court record and continued snooping around for clues hoping the police wont notice him.

He said as he picked it up and saw it was also covered in blood. "Hmm very strange... Well I'm not letting Mr. Slapinstein get his grubby little hands on this piece of evidence thats for sure..."
