EDIT: The person who wrote this, I believe, was mistaken... would he not have meant WIDESCREEN rather than HDTV? I digress, however...

This is a rumor I've heard, and I want to know if it's true or not. (I'm about to see for myself on NCAA, so this is mostly for Madden.)

I heard that, for Madden and NCAA 08, if you have a non-HD screen... it apparently doesn't let you see all of the field that you would normally see, making it more difficult to play.

I heard also, however, that in NCAA it's easier to overcome the non-HDTV problem, but both games don't have a 'Camera Control' to help see the entire field.

Details are a little sketchy, are there any people out there who play these games on a non-HDTV screen that can shed some light on it and confirm/deny it for me? (I'm talking about 08, not 07.)
