Yay! I'm starting a brief project, haven't decided for flash or KanadaKid's new casemaker that is going to be coming out soon...
:godot: knows when though

---> pw-case-editor.sourceforge.com

Anyways: Looking for people to help me come up with some ideas, voices, etc. It takes place after GS-4 in 2029

Here is cases that I have so far...

5-1: The Cakewalking Turnabout: A man kills another over the inheritance of Claude Debussy (can't find a better name XD), a famed musician. However, things are not what they seem!

5-2: Checkmate, my Turnabout: A man is poisoned, another is shot, another is cornered. Do they have anything in common?

5-3: The Pretty Good Turnabout: A man strikes another on the head, over a program. Fransizka is the only one seen there, can you prove her innocent against all odds?

5-4: Turnabout Perfection (Incomplete plot line): Lamiroir is killed among Ema Skye. The murderer is "dead" and doesn't exist, can you find who it is? (Has connections with 5-2)

**NOTE: GOOD PEOPLE DO DIE! I WROTE A VERY TWISTED VERSION OF GS4!!!
People who die:

Klein Debussy, Clyde Debussy, Skiler Jankwiz, Klavier Gavin, Wilhelm Gavin, Apollo Justice, Cody von Karma, Maya Fey, Yevin Zhang, Steven Mahler, Wesley Stickler, Yohanes Elkridge, Ema Skye, Lamiroir, etc
I know how to spell Prosecutor, but it's just ProsecutorZhang name has already been taken...

Spoiler: The Cases done just like C-R
The Cakewalking Turnabout
Prosecutor: Zevin Zhang
Defence Attorney: Phoenix Wright
Defendant: Klavier Gavin
MW: A short knife with KD on it
COD: A stab wound
Victim: Pierre Debussy
Guilty: Clyde Debussy

____________________________________

A man signs a will, Klavier Gavin is watching.
Klein Debussy is 79, he leaves most of the Debussy fortune to Pierre Debussy, the rest to Clyde. Klein passes him a knife, asks him some questions, Klavier sets it down. Even though 10% is 18 million dollars, Pierre is murdered by Clyde. Klavier Gavin returns to the original room and waits. A flash, Klavier is put under arrest.
Klavier: I’m not a murderer!! I’m not!!! Herr Forehead will defend me!

NO INVESTIGATION

TRIAL

The prosecutor is Zevin Zhang, who is apparently boo-ed for trying to prosecute Klavier Gavin. Zevin quickly quotes, “is this your revenge?!?, for the death of both of our brothers?” Zevin gets a rotten tomato before the Judge finishes his sentence. Before his opening statement, he gets another one.
The judge declares now tomato throwing illegal and will be in trouble for contempt of court. The judge now gets a rotten tomato, the bailiff arrests her soon after.
Anyways, Zevin begins, he presents the floor plans, the murder took place in the drawing room, next door, was the master’s room. Next, he presents the murder photo, showing the victim was stabbed with the knife. Next, he presents the knife itself, it had the defendant’s fingerprints on it.
So, he sums it up, Klein Debussy had died of natural causes. To prove it, he presents Klein Debussy’s autopsy. He had a knife, Klavier took it, went next door and killed Pierre Debussy, then called the authorities. Zevin now makes a critical mistake, he calls Klavier to the stand, when asked about when he called the police, he will answer at 2:34 A.M., but according to the autopsy, Klein Debussy died at 2:45 P.M. Phoenix points out, if Pierre was killed before Klein died, and they were next door, they would have heard Pierre scream if he was stabbed. Examine the murder photo, across in the other window, there is a dark spot, probably blood, so the murder took place there, in Pierre’s Bedroom. It would have made more sense.
When asked, choose the only possible option, the murder took place somewhere else. Zevin close to completely falls apart. Even it is rumoured that he never lost his cool anywhere, he regains it and asks then how could Klavier gotten his fingerprints all over it. However, the Perceive system catches Zevin, he is hiding Pierre’s autopsy. The autopsy states he died at 2:38 A.M., 4 minutes after Klavier called the authorities. This makes Zevin get overconfident.
When given the choice, Klavier called the authorities not because of Pierre’s murder. He called, because, Klein had gone insane, according to Zevin’s autopsy. It is quite possible Klein had threatened to kill him. Klavier testifies that he was about to kill hum to force Klavier to leave. He left and called the authorities, when he returned, Klein wasn’t there, Klavier just waited in the Master’s Room, until the police arrived.
Phoenix now asks about where was Klein’s body was found, Zevin answers in the Annex room, 7 rooms down the hall. This means, Klein in the Master’s Room wasn’t really Klein. Klein Debussy passed away in the library, since Klein couldn’t walk, he wasn’t Klein. Klavier didn’t know Klein well enough, so Clyde impersonated Klein, to get Klavier’s fingerprints on the knife. He threatened to kill him, so Klavier got upset and went to call the authorities, while Clyde snuck into the Pierre’s room, knowing Pierre would be there.
Clyde stabbed him, moved the body to the annex room, left, and hid until the authorities came. Zevin is dazzled, the fans cheer, but the Judge asks what is Clyde’s motive for killing Pierre. Klavier quickly says, the will stated Clyde could only 18 million dollars, while 162 million dollars.

The Judge hands down a NOT GUILTY verdict for Klavier Gavin.

INTRODUCTION

Two men are playing chess, Kevin Zhang and Skiler Jankwiz, one announces Checkmate, there is applause. Then it flashes to a scene where Skiler, who apparently won the match, is sitting in a room with tea, he drinks it, a flash, and Skiler is dead. It now goes to another scene. Klavier corners a man. In rage, he fires a pistol and kills him.

Zugs Zhang: No, he’s dead… I’m a… I’m a…. I’m a…. murderer!
Zugs Zhang: I have to hide it…, but how??!?

INVESTIGATION

** No investigation **

DAY 1: TRIAL

The trial begins. The judge announces Klavier is nowhere to be found, so the undefeated Chinese prosecutor Zugs Zhang was to be his replacement.
Zugs Zhang starts off quite quickly. He presents the letter, where Kevin invited Skiler to congratulate him on winning the world chess championship. Proving the motive that Kevin would want to kill him over. Next, there was a pistol in Kevin’s house rigged as part of a trap. Proving that Kevin had attempted to kill him. Zugs also presents Kevin’s WISCII test results, proving Kevin’s IQ is well above 160. So he could be the only one that could have thought of a backup plan. Phoenix objects, saying that means nothing, besides, if he was really smart, so too could have his siblings.
They could have rigged the gun and gotten a backup plan. Zugs counter-objects saying that they don’t have any motive to do so. The judge declares a verdict at this point, but Kevin Zhang has disappeared.
When given the choice, answer, Kevin Zhang is someone in this courtroom. Present Zugs profile, he is Chinese, just like Kevin Zhang. Zugs objects saying that you have no proof. However, the judge backs Phoenix up. Someone else is Kevin Zhang, but still Zugs still objects, saying there is no proof. The Judge asks him to back the murder up with more evidence.
Zugs quickly demands a recess of 90 minutes. Phoenix tries to search everywhere for Kevin Zhang, but to no avail.
The judge however, forces Zugs to continue about the murder of Skiler. He presents the autopsy report for Skiler, saying he was killed by a lethal dose of arsenic. He also presents the teacup.
Melissa Foster is called to the stand (Dahlia Hawthorne), she testified that, she had been forced by someone to make tea for Skiler. Then, she went to buy some party supplies. When pressed about what supplies that she bought, Zugs objects saying it has nothing relevant with the case.
Present her profile, Melissa was supposedly friends with Kevin, but after he lost the title, Melissa had the motive to frame him. While she was buying party items, they could easily have been poisoned. Melissa now seriously breaks down. Zugs objects, to tell Phoenix to stop badgering the witness, but the judge says otherwise. Zugs now presents the picture, with a 9:18 P.M. timestamp, the autopsy report is now updated to state that at 9:19 P.M. the victim was vomiting intensely. His nails started to shrink, etc. Signs of arsenic poisoning.
In the picture, it is Skiler drinking the tea, so if he died at 9:20 P.M., it must have been something in the tea, not the party supplies. Phoenix objects, saying, why don’t we check the teacup for any poison. It is checked, and there was no poison in the cup, except a strong dose of theremalohyde, a drug. Phoenix says that stuff is in no way lethal.
Zugs objects saying that, Kevin could have poisoned him earlier on. Phoenix objects, but there is no proof that Kevin poisoned it earlier. Zugs now confesses to be Kevin Zhang, and he did put theremalohyde, but he was asked to do it by Melissa Foster. A new prosecutor is now needed, Prosecutor Winston Payne is called to prosecute. Melissa finally breaks down. She faints, but before she goes to the hospital, Phoenix says Melissa Foster was actually a name used by Dahlia Hawthorne.
The Judge now sticks with Payne instead, if Melissa is not guilty, then Kevin must be guilty. So Phoenix must prove Melissa guilty, Phoenix asks Kevin to testify, but Kevin refuses. (Why!?!) Kevin says it’s not enough, if Melissa had a motive to frame Kevin, she could of just as easily killed Kevin the same way, why Skiler. She would have had a motive for killing Skiler too. Phoenix demands the court to be adjourned until Dahlia recovers, but Payne objects, adding one condition neither side will investigate.

CRIMINAL AFFAIRS DETENTION CENTER

Kevin is in jail, Phoenix wants him to ask the question that he had been dying to ask. Were the party supplies poisoned? Kevin says no, but who can be sure?

DAY 2: TRIAL
Melissa Foster is better, but there is no prosecutor. Payne died of a heart attack last night. The judge is calling any attorney he can, defence or prosecution. He eventually ends up with Apollo Justice. Phoenix smiles, wishing to see how Apollo fares as a prosecutor.
Apollo calls Melissa Foster to the stand, she testifies. When Phoenix accuses her of being Dahlia Hawthorne, she finally breaks down about it. Dahlia admits that she put toner powder into the party supplies. Knowing that Kevin would put theremalohyde into his tea, toner powder and theremalohyde would make a deadly chemical reaction. Present the autopsy, it says it was arsenic. Kevin objects, saying that this chemical reaction is the same as arsenic, but 10 times deadlier, so not a wonder the autopsy defined it as arsenic. She also admits that this way, none of the objects had poison, and she couldn’t get convicted.
The judge hands down a NOT GUILTY verdict for Kevin Zhang, but, Dahlia Hawthorne is dead, so whoever is guilty is the one that channelled her, but who would channel Dahlia? Dahlia also admits she took over Iris’s body, via channelling, but she didn’t know who had channelled her. Dahlia is already executed, so she can’t take any responsibility.
The easier part finished!
In the outside of the court, Apollo says, Kevin Zhang is being charged with murder, again! This time for the murder of Prosecutor Klavier Gavin.

DAY 2: INVESTIGATION

Phoenix shows up in Klavier’s office, he discovers that there was his guitar broken on the ground. The amp is plugged in which meant, when Kevin supposedly entered, which meant when Klavier was shot, he would have had his guitar taken away. Secondly, Klavier’s chain is missing, more insanity. There was a ladder leading to the air duct. So the killer locked the doors and escaped from the air ducts.
TRUTH: Kevin must have entered; Klavier must have thrown his chain at Kevin, and a chain of steel at that far, could have easily, and pierced through Kevin. Kevin must have fired his pistol in self-defence. Trying to cover himself up, he locked the doors from the inside, broke his guitar (so it looked like a struggle), and escaped from the air ducts.
The only problem is: What is Kevin’s motive for coming to Klavier’s house, and what was Klavier’s motive for throwing the chain at Kevin. Only Kevin knows the answer, the ZD-8 case.

DAY 3: TRIAL
Apollo has been researching too, the motive for Kevin to enter the office was to stop Klavier from prosecuting the case.
Apollo forces Kevin to testify about the ZD-8 case, the victim was Gnah Zhang. Gnah Zhang was brutally murdered by Wilhelm Gavin who has been executed. That was 4 years ago, however, Gnah Zhang never existed! Gnah Zhang was supposedly an immigrant, a recent check on documents proves all identification documents on Ghan Zhang to be forged. So, who is Gnah Zhang?
Apollo points out only one possibility, since according to the case file, the blood found was almost identical to Zugs Zhang’s blood. The victim could have only been Zugs’s only surviving relative Kevin Zhang. Shocked, it turns out that Zugs had two identities, Zugs Zhang and Kevin Zhang. A prosecutor by day, a chess player by night, that means that Zugs Zhang for some reason had to deny the fact that the victim was Kevin’s brother.
Anyways, Zugs must have changed the facts around, and Klavier would have found out about it. Therefore, Zugs would want to silence him! WHY does APOLLO have to be SO DAMNED SMART!!!
With a clear motive, Zugs is asked why he doesn’t want the world to know. Present the Kevin Zhang’s profile, Kevin was a good chess player, good enough to be world champion, but Zugs himself was the same. Zugs wanted to be the perfect prosecutor like Von Karma, so he dedicated all of his time to working. So he wanted to win the title under Kevin’s name, lose it, and make Kevin disappear. Proving that Zugs lost to Skiler on purpose. However, with more testimony it is revealed that Zugs did play chess at the Borscht Club where Phoenix played poker. He went by his real name, Zevin Zhang.
Apollo demands more investigation on the ZD-8 case, but, the judge refuses. The judge wants both of them to look at the ZD-8 case. It was at the Hezekyiah Recreation Centre Gymnasium, where Kevin was, someone shouted, he turned around, and was shot. There were no witnesses, they had only heard the gunshot. The gun was Wilhelm’s gun, Klavier had heard it go off 3 times. Only one bullet was recovered, the killer fired the shot at the North West Door, since it entered the back, Kevin was facing the South East door. So in that room was lawyer training, and there were only two students. Klavier Gavin and Apollo Justice.
When Klavier Gavin looked inside, the killer had already got away. Apollo was also there for lawyer training, but around that time, he went to the washroom. However, he came back just when 3 seconds after the gunshot was heard. It would have been impossible for Apollo to be the murderer, since it was a 2 minutes walk from the gymnasium to the classroom around the other way, and a 4-minute walk to the washroom.
Since the only ones in the gymnasium were Klavier, Apollo, and their teacher Yohanes Elkridge. Yohanes is called to testify, that Apollo did leave, but for about 3 minutes, Phoenix objects, it would have taken Apollo at least 8 minutes to return. There had to be a fourth person involved, since the caretaker cleared everyone out of the recreation centre and left. Apollo agrees, he had locked all of the doors, except the washrooms, the door to their classroom, and the northwest gym door. So, only 4 people could be there, Klavier, Apollo, Elkridge, and Kevin.
The only possibility is that the second bullet was the one found inside Kevin Zhang. Apollo went to the washroom, fired Wilhelm’s pistol to drag Klavier’s attention away from the gym. Apollo went to the gym, Elkridge shouted, Apollo shot Kevin. Prompting Klavier’s attention back to the gym. Before Klavier looked, Elkridge fired his gun to make it look like he was shot recently.
Apollo returned without any suspicion, since it was such a long walk returning from the washroom. After, Apollo and Elkridge found the bullets and doctored the scene while Klavier called the authorities. Congratulations: You just proved Apollo guilty of murder, and Elkridge as his accomplice. Apollo screams and gets dragged away by the police.

DAY 3 INVESTIGATION

Investigations again! Now, who channelled Dahlia? The answer lies again with Zevin Zhang, it was regarding the KX-9 case.
“It was his my case as a prosecutor, Steven Mahler, who was executed. Mahler was charged with murdering Vex Jankwiz, the defence attorney was my sister, who was an old friend of Mia’s at the time, she tried to get Maya to channel Vex’s ghost. Maya refused, knowing she was hiding something. She went ahead and lost the case, when she saw Mahler getting hanged, she committed suicide.
I was wondering why all of my life who pushed her into this act, Maya got very suspicious. She wrote her death note: “I am sorry Zevin, Kevin, but I have basically taken Mahler’s life. I had decisive evidence… I repent my actions…””
“Skiler was also firmly in the belief that Mahler was not the one who killed his father. He had began to suspect Maya, Maya could only do one thing. To silence both of us, she would kill Skiler and frame Zevin for the murder.”

- “ “ said by Zevin

DAY 4 TRIAL

The new prosecutor has arrived! His name is Miles Edgeworth! Edgeworth starts quickly too, but there is a hole. As proven earlier, Zevin had no reason to kill Klavier. Edgeworth insists that there is one, Phoenix agrees, saying that it was self-defence. Edgeworth asks you to elaborate, Zevin must have been hiding a wound somewhere on him.
There is one place, as you will recall, in the introduction, Zevin didn’t wear glasses! It must have been under those glasses. Zevin takes them off, and there is a huge red line over his eyes. This proves everything, since only Klavier and Zevin were in the office, Klavier threw something at Zevin, causing the mark, not allowing Zevin to see well (the big flash), Zevin pulled out his gun, and it would have misfired, since he couldn’t see Klavier with his eyesight when he was that far away.
The judge passes down a NOT GUILTY verdict for the murder of Klavier Gavin.
Edgeworth now wants more details on the case against Skiler, if Zevin didn’t then who did? Present the KX-9 case, the victim was Vex Jankwiz was murdered after he was shot in the chest. It took place at Pal Park, the suspect was Steven Mahler. Mahler had been in an argument with Vex over some insurance deals, Mahler took out a gun. Then, Maku Stickler, called out for them to not shoot each other.
Stickler was just done stealing Maya Fey’s panties, Maya chased him down the streets with a gun. Stickler stopped and called out, Maya Fey shot Maku Stickler. Vex though he was the one being shot, he passed out, Steven Mahler ran away. Maya, thinking that Vex saw her kill Stickler, she knew Vex had to be silenced. She shot Vex Jankwiz, and ran away. Skiler remembers a purple figure running past their house, which turned out to be Maya Fey.
(built out of Maya’s testimony)

Finally this case has come to an end.

>> ???: Look you ripped our idea, you give it back, now!
>> Zevin: What’s going on? What the? Hey watch it!
>> ???: You may be just a kid von Karma, but you’re the best hacker in town.
>> Cody: Anything wrong with that?
>> ???: Tell me where is the software, Pretty Good Privacy, and the ones who developed it, tell me or I’ll track them down.
>> Fransizka: What’s going on??
>> ???: We’ll finish you, and we can take the software, saves us the bickering >> Fransizka: Who did this?
>> Zevin: (moan)… (moan)…, who are you?
>> Fransizka: God damn it! Hiya! (whip) Hiya! (whip)

DAY 1- INVESTIGATION:
Zevin is hard right off the bat, he had amnesia, and he was found unconscious at the scene of the crime yesterday.
5 BLACK PSYCHE LOCKS appear, since he doesn’t know anything about the crime.
Pushed to the limits Phoenix Wright visits the Zevin and von Karma Security Agency. It’s a small office, but you find Miles Edgeworth, he claims nothing is here. He says the murder weapon is nowhere to be found. The killer must have used the murder weapon and taken it.
Phoenix heads to the detention centre finding Fransizka, who had her whip confiscated.
>> Phoenix: Did you kill anyone?
>> Fransizka: No, I just whipped that stupid Zevin Zhang for being such a lame prosecutor. He failed to protect my brother!
>> Phoenix: How did Cody die?
>> Fransizka: I don’t know, I called the ambulance, Zevin had apparently lost consciousness and fell on top of Cody.
>> Phoenix: Apparently, Cody died at 1:35 A.M. in the morning, when he died, the cops apparently arrested you.
>> Phoenix: Who else was with you?
>> Fransizka: Three people were there, they wanted revenge against Cody, they locked me in the closet. This is his business card.

DAY 2 –TRIAL
With close to no information of evidence, you decide to wing it. You have to square off against Miles Edgeworth again.
Edgeworth presents the crime photo and the autopsy report. The autopsy report states that he was hit on the chest with a blunt object. The force had been so much that Cody’s aorta ruptured and he died 3 minutes later from internal injuries. The autopsy put Cody’s death at about 1:35 A.M.
Edgeworth also notes another interesting point, if the ambulance is 1 minute away and it would have taken 1 minute to transport him to the ambulance, and he was seen alive at the hospital. There would have been no chance for the killer to escape. The round trip would be 1+1+1=3 minutes, it was a on the 15th floor, there would have been no way for the killer to run without being noticed by the ambulance. The killer could only have been Fransizka von Karma!
Edgeworth still wants to toy with you, he calls Detective Gumshoe to the stand, insisting that Edgeworth wants the “truth”. Gumshoe’s summary:
>> The crime took place at Zevin and von Karma Security Agency, an extremely small office.
>> Zevin had just enter the room and was knocked unconscious supposedly by Fransizka, and then Fransizka threw something at Cody
>> It was so hard that Cody’s aorta snapped in half!
>> Cody had that software that could have sold his security software for a couple of million bucks!
>> Fransizka’s reputation was ruined, so she was short on money, so she decided to kill him for it.
Fransizka will immediately whip Gumshoe, saying that she would never kill him for it. Present the crime photo, where is the murder weapon it’s simply not there. As Edgeworth said, the killer had no time to hide anything or escape. The only place that Fransizka could have hid it was on her. When the police searched her, there was nothing.
Fransizka could not punch him that hard, no one can. So something must have been thrown at Cody, if it had hit him that hard it would have landed on the floor. Apparently there is nothing on the floor, since Fransizka had no time to hide it.
Edgeworth objects, Cody could have lived more than 7 minutes, even 1 minute would have been enough for Fransizka to hide the murder weapon.
Present the crime photo again, the only thing that could have hit Cody at such a distance with enough weight was the computer. If it had fallen from Cody’s height, which was 160 cm, it would have fallen 130 cm. That means, the computer would have smashed. As Gumshoe described, it was an extremely small office, there was no room for a second computer. This court transcript is added as evidence.
Edgeworth now calls a second witness to the stand, Mr. Kristoph Gavin, who claims to have seen the murder take place from across the street in the Gavin & Co. Law Offices, right across the street.
>> I saw the crime through a window. There seemed to be 3 people there.
>> I saw the killer, a shady figure, he seemed to lunge at the victim, for he seemed to be really strong.
>> His chest had hit Cody’s chest, and I believe it snapped a rib.
>> The snapped rib is the thing that broke the aorta.
>> Then a witness called the police.
Present Cody’s business card on the last statement, it was closed at 9:00, being a security agency they would have locked all of the doors. No one could have gotten in after 9:00 except Fransizka, Zevin (who had keys), and Cody.
Present the crime photo, there were no phones anywhere in the in the office. More if she had called at 1:22 and Cody’s death was at 1:35, which means he was hit on the chest at 1:32, there was a six-minute interval. If the ambulance had arrived 1 minute, then it would have arrived at 1:23. That was before Cody was hit in the chest. However, Edgeworth objects, Fransizka could have called as a prank call on the police.
Press the second sentence, Kristoph add a new statement.
>> I went to visit my brother Klavier once at a gym, it seemed that he was there too.
Present the crime photo, what Kristoph seen was the murder weapon, the only possible murder weapon that could have been used in the room was Zevin Zhang. The murder threw Zevin Zhang into Cody. Zevin Zhang was also a body builder, as well as Kristoph. According to the new sentence there would have been no way that Fransizka could have lifted Zevin.
Fransizka will now whip you saying that she’s weak, and she will admit that she whipped Zevin.
Edgeworth now calls Fransizka to the stand, Fransizka now presents the following testimony.
>> I had been in the closet, there was the phone hidden in there. Three men had barged in.
>> They had started arguing with Cody, so I called the police, at 1:22 A.M.
>> The police station was 11 minutes away, they arrived at 1:33 A.M., just as Cody was carried away to the hospital.
>> I didn’t know what was going on so I hid in the closet until they left.
>> When they left I came out, and saw Zevin and Cody were there, on the floor unconscious.
>> I gave another call for an ambulance at 1:28 A.M. Then, I whipped Zevin.
Press the 5th sentence, Fransizka now gives the following statement:
>> Zevin was very close, but not directly on Cody.
This gives a new fact, if Zevin had been thrown at Cody, he would have landed on top of Cody, which means Zevin must have moved after he was thrown. He was only semi-conscious, but what caused him to finally lose consciousness?
The court is adjourned for further investigation.

DAY 2 – INVESTIGATION
A closer look at Zevin and Cody’s office shows that Fransizka was telling the truth. There was a phone hidden in the closet. One question still remains, what caused Zevin to finally lose consciousness? The answer is simple, loss of blood, which means Zevin lost a huge amount of blood, but where did it all go?
Fransizka whipped Zevin, while she was waiting for the ambulance, so Zevin lost a lot of blood there, a check in the crime lab ensured that it was Zevin’s blood. That means, Zevin’s story still holds water, he must have been hit on the head to cause the amnesia. Zevin didn’t lose all of the blood by Fransizka whipping him; he lost blood internally after being struck on the head!
If that is true, what struck Zevin on the head? Examine the doorframe. Zevin must have been struck on the doorframe, since is dented. Now go to Kristoph’s house, now the others will help you recreate the crime, if Zevin was struck on the forehead with the doorframe, he would have been seen by Kristoph. If Fransizka was not the murderer, the true murderer would have stepped into Kristoph’s view. A gaping hole in Kristoph’s testimony has appeared.
Return to the Zevin and von Karma Security Agency. Examine the floppy disc, put it in to the computer, the program is called Pretty Good Privacy, the notes say:
PRETTY GOOD PRIVACY – SELL TO HELL’S ANGELS BIKER GANG FOR 4.5 million. Near PERFECT SECURITY.
A further check in the list gives another very interesting point:
-RSA involved. What is RSA?
Ema rushes in, RSA was a mathematical formula for encrypting messages. RSA was property of RSA Data Security Inc. Which meant Cody was participating in illegal activities. However, it is widely known Zevin’s implementation of the Claude Shannon Cipher was far stronger and more effective, but nevertheless impractical. Why would Zevin visit the Zevin and von Karma Security Agency if he wasn’t on any of this?
Search Cody’s e-mail:
“WE HAVE THE KEY, WE HAVE IMFORMED EVERY LOCKSMITH TO NOT SERVICE YOU. WE ARE CONNECTED WITH THE LAW, THE LAW HAS EARS. HAND OVER THE SOFTWARE OR FACE YOUR DEATH”
-THE MAFIA.

Zevin must have saw this e-mail, he was worried about Cody, who was only 14. He went although he was only 17 at the time.
Who was the mafia? There are just about a handful of people who knew Cody was developing the Pretty Good Privacy file. Check more stuff out on Cody’s computer, it will immediately show up, the only one with a good enough motive was Ronald Adleman. He was the prime suspect of a murder case of Wilbur Wright, Jr. They were the heirs of the Wright fortune.
Cody must have known that Adleman did it, also, Adleman tried to kill him for it. You go to the police station, to get the XC-9 case files. The supposed accomplices were Leonardo Rivest, and Adam Shamir, A closer look at their names would give a very good answer. Rivest-Shamir-Adleman, RSA! Next Cody had been spying n Ronald Rivest in his office, it gets more startling, when Ronald is discovered to be gay.
RSA was a creation of Rivest, Shamir, and Adleman. They didn’t steal just because of the information, they wanted Cody to be silent!
DAY 3 – TRIAL
Edgeworth starts off, he had been doing research. Zevin had lost a dangerous amount of blood, but internally. When Fransizka whipped him, he lost enough blood to be in shock, a condition that arises after an enormous blood loss. He didn’t lose consciousness at all, in fact, he went into a coma, but only after Fransizka whipped him.
Zevin had amnesia after he was hit on the head. Which means he still remembers who the killer is.
A Phoenix object, saying if Zevin was really hit on the head, then where was he hit. Edgeworth simply smiles, he was hit on the doorframe. Apparently, that doesn’t seem right, they would have hit him horizontally, the rational explanation, is if Zevin just simply walked into the doorframe. Since he worked there, he wouldn’t miss the frame. You seemed to be played right into Edgeworth’s trap, Edgeworth had already prepared a witness.
The carpenter was also there his name was Ronald Adleman. He had been there lowering the door frame as Cody von Karma had asked him to. When the murder took place, von Karma thought he was gone but he was still there.
>> I had been hired to lower the doorframe at 10:25 P.M. of the Zevin and von Karma Security Agency.
>> I finished my work 3 hours later, I went in to look for Cody, but he was there dead… he was completely unconscious.
>> I saw a girl, she was the only one left, and she came out and whipped the child, no more than 18 on the floor.
>> I think she wanted a program that could sell for 4.5 million!
There is a testimony that is full of holes. First, press statement 1, according to the crime photo, the doorframe isn’t there. He must have taken it down and struck Zevin on the head with it. Since he was working on the doorframe. Edgeworth objects, if Ronald had really hit Zevin on the doorframe, Kristoph would have seen it.
Present the cipher notes on statement 4. How would Ronald Adleman know that it was worth EXACTLY 4.5 million without taking a look inside Cody’s computer? Adleman clearly tried to steal the device, when Cody found out, he killed him for it.
Adleman starts to break down, but he still keeps his cool. He claims that he had connections with the biker goons and knew about the deal.
Another contradiction appears on sentence 2, if he started at 10:25 P.M., he finished 3 hours later putting that at 1:25 P.M. about the time of Cody’s death. Next, things get worse for Ronald after he is revealed as the CEO of RSA Data Security Inc., the program notes are presented. If this program were released on the black market, then it would be copyright infringement.
More, present the video clipping of the CEO’s office, Cody had discovered that Ronald Adleman was gay. Fearing for his reputation, he knew he had to murder Cody to keep him silent.
More, present the XC-9 case files, now Ronald Adleman goes insane. He completely collapses. He admits the entire story, he dismantled the doorframe to knock Cody unconscious. Then he waited for Zevin to arrive, he knocked him so hard that it gave him amnesia. That had happened at 10:25, when Kristoph wasn’t looking. He hid the body until Fransizka came, the door fell on her, knocking her unconscious. He waited until Fransizka and Cody woke up (so Fransizka would be blamed), he threw Zevin Zhang at Cody when he became violent.
Then he escaped with a trap door that the police didn’t find. As for the XC-9 files, he bribed Manfred von Karma with 2.5 million dollars to prove Orville guilty. He had lived in fear for 5 years, when he found the hidden camera, he knew Cody von Karma must be silenced. As for the mafia note, the Kidon Mafia Group, was a legal mafia group. Once an enemy of the United States was identified, they have every right to kill them.
At the end of the trial you see Zevin who has apparently regained his memory. Fransizka congratulating you, and finally she makes an epiphany, she knows that being a prosecutor is to find the truth, not getting a guilty verdict.
>> When I sat on the defendant’s chair, the enemy, a man I have hated for so many years, defended me with all of his strength and will.
>> I now know what it means to be part of the legal system, thank you Mr. Wright.

Even though 10% is 18 million dollars, Pierre is murdered by Clyde. Klavier Gavin returns to the original room and waits. A flash, Klavier is put under arrest.
Klavier: I’m not a murderer!! I’m not!!! Herr Forehead will defend me!

Wright.

Uhh... you're going to kill off...

Apollo - Gee, what are we going to call the series now?
Klavier - That's... oh well... wasn't a big fan of him
Maya & Ema - Hell, you're going to be shot by fanboys (and girls)

Why not just kill Nick off... oh... but since Apollo is dead too, there's nobody to defend.

Just like Iban said. You're killing off important characters, so it is a no go.

I had crazy ideas of turnabouts, but no deaths of this level.

I can hear the angry mob just outside the door...

Ha ha ha... obviously, none have you have seen the twisted ideas the GS5 idea thread gets.

I hope Apollo is the killer in one of the cases. Something like this maybe:

5-1: The beginning stuff, teaches people how to play, blah blah, and tells a little about Apollo's past.
5-2: Tells about The old characters, yada, yada. But you start to notice change in Apollo's personality in the beginning of the case, and then toward the end, Apollo seems a bit cruel.
And stuff heats up in 5-3:
Apollo is the killer, and he kill Trucy 'cause she bitch-slapped him the other day. Then Apollo uses an anvil of some sort and kills Trucy. He is his own defense attorney, and nobody believes he did it, but he keeps say he did, using reverse psychology. But in the end, Apollo is convicted and goes to jail.

5-4: Apollo breaks out of jail and kills Maya, whom he meets in the second case. He goes back to jail again.

5-5: Pearl channels Maya, who gets revenge on Apollo(because Apollo bitch-slapped her) by using Pearl's body to kill him. But before that, Apollo kills Kyouya to get revenge prosecuting him. And lots more. Something like this:

beginning of 5-5:
Apollo gets revenge on Kyouya, and kills him.
Pearl channels Maya and then who kills Apollo(in revenge).
Then Kristoph kills Pearl because Pearl channeled Maya who killed Apollo, because Kristoph wanted to kill Apollo(in revenge).

In comparison, Zhang's plot is pretty tame...

Totally forgot about the "ever worse" rule.

"If you see something bizarre, crazy, unthinkable, do not worry at all. There is something worse. Always. No exceptions."
