The Original Character Contest
Just like last year, we're accepting original character entries in the categories of fanart, fanfiction, and sprite edit. Only one entry is allowed per person, but everyone is eligible. Unfortunately I haven't gotten my hands on prizes yet, but they should be announced soon.

b) Checking, double-checking and triple-checking to make sure she isn't a Mary Sue. (But I just can't bear the fact I'll have to let go of her unicorn: Diamond)

Er...I have only one question here: I'm up to submit a fanart and I know what "violence" means, but since PW universe is full of cases(=P), is it O.K if I draw a murder scene？No horrible body, but some blood and a scared face... the whole picture maybe quite dark.
Is that fine?

A murder scene is fine, as long as it's PG13 - some blood is all right, but not open wounds or chunky guts.

Then again, my first entry was made in the short span of one to two months before deadline, as well - I remember submitting on the last day, only to have it pushed back 24 hours. Hahaha. And I still got runner-up for that year.
I suppose that can be part of the challenge, then. Developing a new character in this short amount of time, hmm...

EDIT: I am counting the days when someone makes a GS/Naruto crossfic just for fun where Recruitment Officer Mike Meekins meets Rock Lee and engage in awkward (non-yaoi) conversation and then are discovered by Naruto and Phoenix, who both remark on how much Meekins and Lee look almost exactly alike. Even though i don't like naruto much, that would be epic win.
