Serious Guess: Lana Skye.

The time in between Rise from the Ashes and GS5 will mark her "rebirth" as the "Old Lana" (the one that Ema kept talking about in Rise from the Ashes). She, like Klavier, will be more focused on "Truth" than "Winning" (especially with Gant and the forged evidence fiasco that almost ruined her).

Her peppier attitude will be not so liked by Ema, who will be slightly more eager to help out Justice when Lana's the prosecutor, so that "she can get her to stop smiling already" (or some other sibling type quibble).

Happier attitude and sibling help aside, Lana will still be incredibly prepared when it comes to the court room, and with the events from Rise of the Ashes still ingrained in memory, she will be on the lookout for forged evidence, and will have Ema keep an eye on Apollo just to make sure.

SOMETHING will happen Case 4(maybe another?), that will incapacitate (not in "being the murder victim" kinda way) her from prosecuting one way or another, and Klavier will be return from a world tour just in time for truth hunting. Ja?

The new prosecutor will be female. She will be in her 20s. She will wear blue. She will have a quieter, colder personality. She will not be someone we have seen before, but will have some connection to at least one character from a previous game. Her hair will be an unnatural colour and of medium length. ...and there's the random guesses my fingers dumped out! I think that's...30? I don't know exactly how much info is released when the characters are first announced, but I didn't include too much background info. And, um, if it's a guy, replace 'she' with 'he', etc?

I think he'll be a middle-aged man with, let's say martial arts training. He'll wear his martial arts uniform and belt in court, and his character introduction speech will say something about honing his body and mind over years of work. His "oh noez" stance will involve him punching the air.

Someone tell me if I get a point. I'd be surprised.

The new prosecutor will have a "Beck-style" about him and he will give advice in a very cryptic manner. Instead of dressing fancy-like he will have a punk/iconoclastic fashion. Even though he is a musician, he won't speak of it much in court.His roots are confusing and as tangled up as iPod headphones.* His prescence is very familiar to Apollo but, Apollo can't think of any one he met like him. His age is between 24-29. He kind of resembles the shopkeeper who trained Ichigo in Bleach.

One thing to add to my prosecuting actress idea: her quirk is that she regularly applies make-up during the trial, and when she gets mad, she throws some of it at Apollo, decorating his face in an ever-so-hilarious way with various make-up.

Kind of like Godot throwing coffee at Nick, but not really.

This is going to be in a random order, forgive me. [Also, forgive me if this posts twice, it has been years since I have used a forum

The main GS5 prosecutor will be a character we've seen in a previous game, yet at that stage they were unassociated with the law [except having being witness/defendant before] until GS5. They will not be a Prodigy, nor will they be German or have lived in Germany. They will be in their early-mid 20's. In GS5, a character will appear who is related to the new prosecuter. There will be a case that is closely linked to the new prosecuter, which will not allow them to appear as prosecutor, yet they will appear throughout the case. The new prosecuter used to have a different job, which impacts his or her current standing and techniques. Their office will not be shown throughout the game. The prosecutor will be friendly towards the defence. They have a very cool temprement, and rarely become angry or shocked [Very like Acro never had a real breakdown sprite]. Rather they become worried and start playing with their hair, which now has a long fringe ['Bangs' to the Americans]. They wear glasses. They are closely associated with a suicide. They carry something in court, which becomes their signature item. They will have a phrase that they love to repeat, and gets on the defence's nerves.

The new prosecutor will be a female around the same age as Apollo. She will wear a golden yellow knee length pencil skirt and a matching blazer with a metallic brown wide belt. She will have lots of jewelery. She will have dirty blonde hair in a messy bun with sideswept jagged bangs. She will have sunglasses on the top of her head and knee high metallic brown boots. She will also have a pretty large chest. She will be very fashionable.

She will have a know Apollo from somewhere, but Apollo won't know where.She wont be from a previous game.
She will be Australian or Italian. She will have a habit of rapping her fingers on the desk. She will call Apollo something involving his hair. When she makes fun of his hair, Apollo will make fun of her bling in his head. The judge will make comments about how shiny she is. She will have a large purse which will later be proven to have a furry animal inside towards the end of case 2. The animal will hate Apollo. She will also comment on how fashionable or not fashionable Apollo's bracelet is.

She will be fairly unknown as a prosecutor, but will be well known for something else. She knows Klavier, but shows disdain towards him.. a LOT of disdain.

She will be very thin and yell at Ema for eating all the time.

I think it'll be a cousin of Godot who has a severe thing against All people related to Phoenix. Unlike other prosecutors, she'll literally kill to get a perfect case. She has a tremendous power of persuasion, and will make more gulible than usual. Also, she'll throw huge fits if there's a major contradiction (as in crybaby). She'll be about a year or two younger than Apollo, and will be friendly to him (creating a huge pairing among fans). However, he'll treat her like a little sister, even in court. , who becomes like a father to her, will not tolerate any of that and will penalize Apollo if he tries to do so.

However, she'll be a suspect in one of the GS5 cases, but being totally on her side, will let her prosecute herself, since he thinks she's innocent. Creating quite a memorable case.

-When first introduced, he will use firecrackers, spotlights, and a backdrop of his own creation to introduce himself.
-He will end up throwing several, non-lethal ninja weapons at Apollo and anyone he sees as his enemy in and out of court.

I think it'll be Payne's daughter. She'll be about Apollo's age, 23-25, or a little younger. She'll be smarter than her father after watching all his cases and learning from his mistakes and from Phoenix, Mia, and Apollo. She'll know Apollo from Payne or the record of State vs Wright II, and will either be impartial to him (angry she beat her dad, but not surprised), or will have a hidden crush on him (likes him, but won't admit it). I picture her... having a short first name, maybe Jenna or the like. (Payne is a fine last name to NOT make a pun with.) She'll be lighter skinned than her father, tie her dark hair into a ponytail, wear glasses like her father (but you can see her eyes), and wear either a blue or gray suit with a wide-collar jacket and a white shirt underneath. Medium bust (between Franziska and Mia, maybe about Maggey's size). She'll be single but will have recently broke up with someone because either they were childish, clingy, or too sensual, and, like Ema, won't enjoy Klavier's company. She'll bring a notepad into court to make notes (of course) on, and she'll draw on it when she's bored with the defense. ("I just finished a little sketch of you running in a circle, since you seem to be doing that pretty accurately. Care to move on?") She'll actually respect the Judge, but won't be afraid to push her point. She'll know Phoenix and be a little envious of him when the other prosecutors or police aren't around, and after warming up to the group will enjoy Mr. Hat's company, even if she finds Trucy a bit annoying at first.

Nobody knows the new prosecutor personally, besides the relative.

The next prosecutor will be male, his eyes will be different colours (one blue one green, Not shocking blue and green though), he will wear an eye patch over one his eyes (he will fiddle with this throughout the trial whenever he is feeling the pressure), He will have a split personallity one clam and relaxed (his investigation personality) one wild and uncontrollable (think furio )(His Court personality) though he switched between the two depending on the circumstances, he will have a twitch that occurs randomly and sometimes moves his eyepatch on to his other eye (which swiches his personality resulting in some comedic sequences of him arguing with himself), before becoming a prosecutor he worked at 'Spirit Burger' the fast food sensation that started in the small mountain village of kurain, he will have a secret collection of something random, his hair is fairly normal in colour (some shade of brown or blonde) but as it gets to the tip it fades to green/teal shade, he is good drinking buddies with the newly appointed police chief (Hint------>> ), he always has some kind of chain with him since he beleives they bring good luck, whenever he meets someone new he adds a new link to the chain, he became a prosecutor by mistake he originnally wanted to be a defence attorney but took the wrong course in collage, in the final case he tries to help apollo as much as he can by getting the police chief drunk and convincing him talk about vital evidence both personalities like Ema but they are too shy to admit their true feelings and have trouble talking to her (often resulting in them being snackoo'ed), he also likes snackoo's but a different flavour to ema, he tends to wear casual clothing no matter what the occasion the only time he wears formal clothing is when he is at a formal event, he is around 25-28 years old, he likes the feeling of the wind and often requests that the windows of the courtroom are opened, he is left handed his first case against apollo will only be his second case, he has a slight five o'clock shadow, when he switched to his 'wild side' his hair curls up slightly.

I think, it will be a woman in the early 20s. She'll wear a Gothic Lolita black-and-white dress. She'll have black hair with a barrette. She'll be pretty vain, but she's a respected prosecutor as she's the apprentice of Franziska von Karma (who will be a guest prosecutor <3). Sometimes she'll do her make-up in court, that's why she's not taken serious by Apollo & Trucy. However, whenever Apollo thinks he's gonna win, she'll raise an objection along with a surprising intelligent reply nobody expected. She'll be a little bit close-lipped and mysterious. She'll probably use black lipstick.

I think it will be Godot. Honestly, he only had one game he was in. Franziska Von Karma even got more time than he did. Seriously, I think they will bring back Godot.

The new prosecutor will be Dick Gumshoe, spurred on by his failures at the witness stand. He'll view Apollo in the same way he does Phoenix, as a rival but someone to stay on good terms with. He won't be as good at making his points as, say, Edgeworth or Klavier, but he'll back things up with rock-solid evidence. In the final case, he'll be taken off the case by a more flamboyant and insightful attorney.

- She can't stand Phoenix despite, or rather, because, the guy will always act nicely towards her.
- She recognizes that Phoenix was wrongly acussed seven years ago, but still believes he used forged evidence to win his cases.
- She will have a bit of a sweet tooth, especially for any kind of cake.
- She will fiddle with a pen when nervous, and throw it at Apollo's face on ocasion.
- At some point, Phoenix will spot one single black psylock on her.
- She will be a victim in the last case.

Ok here I go.........

I think the new prosecutor will be a white female in her mid twenties. She will have ties to one of the cases in the game. But will not be related to any existing characters. Apollo will have no idea who she is until the start of the 2nd case. She will behave like a giddy school girl, often taking control of the judge with her natural beauty (but not huge breasts, normal sized) and will appear weak at first glance but once you see through the facade she keeps to persuade people she is actually as cold as ice and as hard as stone, maybe even somewhat sadistic. She will care nothing about the people she seduces and will have no interest about finding the truth in a case, just getting her guilty verdict.

The new funkmaster will have dazzling moves. He will be funky fresh, but not SO fresh that he'll be misunderstood in his time. He may (or may not be - base covering is for pros) groovalicious. He will believe that only when funkmaster and homie work together, will the truth come out. Unfortunately, he is often (and by often, I mean always) more interested in the latest jams. Other characters won't be as fly in comparison and in their jelousy, they will pretend that he's not a funkmaster at all.

Oh, and his birthday will violate space-time.

The next main prosecutor will be a person so dour and negative that they suck the light from bulbs just from their proximity. He shall never speak his given name, although the one he presents to the court shall be "Asmodeus Lestat Samael von Methusael". Asmodeus considers Godot an idiot for his continued claims of "returning from Hell", when Asmodeus knows the "truth" that there is no Hell, only an empty void, and oblivion for all eternity.

His overt pessimism and cynicism earn him no respect among the more happy-go-lucky and optimistic members of the GS cast, although his ability to always see the absolute worst in everyone (Including himself, of course) assists him when it comes to providing the Judge with motives for the defendants to have killed off their victims, as well as opportunities for them to have committed the murders they are accused of.

His extreme cynicism almost makes him come to blows with Apollo at the end of case 5-2, when he states that Apollo only believes in the innocence of his client because he lacks the ability to make an objective analysis of the cases he undertakes. Apollo retorts that Asmodeus is just as bad, being incapable of accepting that people have any motivation for anything other than personal gain.

In the end, it is Gumshoe and Ema who separate them before a fight breaks out between the two of them, and case 5-3 features Apollo and Asmodeus throwing snide comments at each other. Asmodeus's main argument is that Apollo believes that he has an inherent superiority due to his optimism allowing him to defend clients who were found innocent, and that if Apollo were to defend somebody who was guilty, then he would fall.

Apollo's retorts, on the other hand, are of the vein that Asmodeus believes that his cynical world-view elevates him over all overs, giving him the right to judge them, and his biased viewpoint causes him to only see what he wants to see, and that were he to see goodness in the world, then his self-created pedestal and deluded superiority would crumble into pieces.

At the end of the case, Trucy all but forces Asmodeus to look at the reunion between the defendant and their loved ones, daring him to find something negative to say about the scene. Asmodeus counters with the claim that the defendant does not have any loved ones, only sacks of flesh and bone that cause chemical reactions in his body that he finds pleasing, and that it is those chemical reactions that he is so happy to have preserved, not the people in question.

Aghast, Trucy is downcast and turns to Apollo for advice. Apollo can only provide the following piece of advice: "Not everybody can be persuaded to see another person's point of view, Trucy. Some people are just too stubborn to accept that others might be right."

Apollo goes into case 5-4 determined not only to prove the defendant innocent, but also to prove Asmodeus wrong. The case soon spirals beyond his expectations, as end-game cases tend to do, and in the end both Apollo and Asmodeus end up accused of the murder of Winston Payne after a truly bizarre and epic two days in court. With both the defence and the prosecution behind bars, it falls to the defence's legal aide and a reserve prosecutor to look into the case so that a verdict can be reached.

Enter Phoenix Wright (Trucy is deemed too young to go wandering around alone) and Franziska von Karma, taking care of the investigation part of the game, discovering more of the truth behind Payne's death and the events of case 5-1, more specifically Payne's odd behaviour during that case.

Back in court, Phoenix and Franziska do battle once again, turning the tables on each other time and time again. With both Apollo and Asmodeus taking turns on the stand, Franziska attempting to pin the crime on Apollo and Phoenix attempting the same with Asmodeus, it was only a matter of time before the truth came out.

The Judge, driven to madness by the mockery that the constant warfare between Apollo and Asmodeus was doing to his court, sought to get rid of the useless has-been Payne and take care of those two feuding children at the same time. The trial continues, an absolute mockery once again, with the Judge trying to shut down the proceedings and the police trying to keep them going for a legal resolution, Mike Meekins locking the courtroom up to prevent any escape.

Declaring the trial over due to his powers as judge and declaring himself innocent, the Judge is confident that he has won due to Double Jeopardy. Just as he basically admits his guilt in his over-confidence, Phoenix points out that this is a trial conducted using the Jurist system, and that the Judge does not have power over the verdict. The verdict goes to the Jurists, who witnessed the entire thing via the court's CCTV system, who then declare the Judge guilty.

After the end of the case, Franziska forces both Apollo and Asmodeus to shake hands and call a truce between them. Apollo comments that he had never conceived that the Judge could be a criminal, while Asmodeus comments that he had never had somebody defending him before, and that he was only ever used to people dealing out negativity to him previously.

Phoenix then comments that while they've both learned a lot, they still have a long way to go, and that optimism and pessimism are equally dangerous opinions if misused.

She will be tall and have long, wavy/curly blond hair, and wear red lipstick. She is attractive and intimidating and she uses that to her advantage by embarrassing males (and female) rivals, etc. She is a successful prosecutor and has lots of money.
Her name will be food related in some way. Such as "Olive" as a first name or "Grape" as a last name, something odd.
She will wear a red dress and gold jwelery. (rings, earring, necklace, bracelets)
Her "gimmick" will be that she has a feathery fan and will do that rich woman "OHohohoho" exaggerated laugh to mock the other attorney (that you sometimes see in anime)
She also is a dog lover, she likes cherry pie, and reading novels. ( She writes her own novels under a pen name.)
She is a vegetarian.
She hates dust and has bad allergies.
She had a bad accident when she was very young that involved her parents death. That is why she because an attorney, to avenge them in a way.(someone killd them)
Her cousin is Regina Berry. She knows several other characters from the series, such as Phoenix, Minuki, and Apollo. she also knows all of the people from the Big Berry Circus, though some have retired.
