Iris felt concerned for Mike. Crystal was escaping from his grasps and they were such a happy couple.
"Mike you okay?" Iris saw that Mike's face was a bit pale due to the shock of what he had just done.

Happy now that he was 100% protected from the sun, he turned to the guy and stared at him, wide eyed like a child.
"Nat uh? That's a good name! Nice n short n easy to remember! My memory is teeeerrible....i think..." he pondered, stroking his chin.
"Or perhaps...that was...someone else....i cant remember....-Hah!" Stretching, he turned to the man and then moved to a squatting position - then proceeded to orbit the small sand castle.
"Heeey....you're good at making these!! When i was younger my brother would always jump on mine, so i never really got a good chance to make one....although, i always made one..." he puased and looked up "'cause if i didn't...he'd jump on me!" Kyouya was glad to have someone to talk to - being stir crazy was not a feeling.
I suppose i'd better ask him about other things....um...
"Um....say! What you workin as?"
Perhaps, that was a little too blunt...

"You're very welcome." Nat smiled up. They must have looked odd, Kyouya seemed rather good looking, ready to be at the beach, but Nat was still under an umbrella, still wearing his purple jacket and beanie, almost complrtrly covered up.
"Gee, thanks. ^_^, I love building things. You should have seen this umbrella fort I made earlier......." Nat quieted down, remembering how many umbrella's he'd borrowed that were unwillingly destroyed.... No, worry about that later.... Nat shook off the feeling.
He watched the..... well the rather good looking man circle his sand castle, quite nicely......
"Oh, uh.... welll actually, don't really do anything, just odd jobs^_^. Technically I don't have a home. ^_^" Nat smiled in a way that left people confused, it wasn't good that he had no home, yet he acted like it was, which to Nat, it Was, he liked being able to wander around. He stayed at his half brother Avivs place time and again, but otherwise he sleeps where he could.

"Ya mean you're not a lawyer man?" he said with obvious shock - though there really wasnt any need for it - it was a public beach of course.
"That's interesting..." he said in a sort of dazed manner, like he was drifting off somewhere - then something snapped.
"Ah! Im a proseutor! Just graduated y'know?!" This was a big deal for him, but he was just met with a weak smile.
"---ah...but im sure that doesnt interest you much..." He scratched the back of his neck and let himself fall to the ground with a thud, and sat there in the manner you would expect a toddler to.
Homeless uh....so he's a vagrant? That would explain why he's just sorta sitting there under that big 'ol umbrel---....FOOD!!
"FOOD!!" he yelped, jumping up. "I have food, you want food right?! 'Course ya want food! I want food---..." he shouted, running off to where his little towel was. Gathering everything up, he galloped back to Nat - then threw the stuff down in a heap. Sorting through it, he found his little bag and pulled out a packed lunch; two sandwhichs and 2 extra peices of dry bread, three apples and 2 sodas. The sandwiches were quite....half-assedly thrown together without butter or means of keeping it in the bread - small bits of lettuce hung out from them and the odd tomato poked out too. Kyouya offered one of the sandwiches and a soda to Nat, smiling warmly.
"Eat up! Gotta keep yer strength up in this heat huh?"

"Oh, you're a prosecutor? That's Neat! ^_^ Ever worked on any big cases yet? ^_^" Nat asked full of enthsiasm, though before he got an answer the far-taller-than-Nat Kyouya ran off to get some food, which he retuned with soon.
Nat took the sandwich from Kyouya, quite appreciative of it. though.....eheheheheheh, I better straighten him out now
"Kyouya, I just want us to be clear, I'm homeless cause I don't like having a permanent place to stay," he said, picking the tomato off the sandwich, "....But I'm not in any way poor and needy. ^_^" Nat smiled up in an understanding way.

"Ah! I didn't mean it like that at all! I just thought we should have lunch now...." He said quietly, he really hadn't meant it in that sense - his mind didnt connect things properly all the time.
"I don't have much of a home myself to be honest..." he said scratching his arm. "It got burned down - so i'm staying with my brother." he mused for a second, but decided to leave it be.
"Oh! About the lawyer thing; i've actually never had a case! But hopefully i will soon y'know? Looking forward to it too!" He said happily munching into his sandwich. Gulping down, he lowered his eyes and smiled softly.
"I didn't mean to cause offence, by the way." He said meekly. "I...I just felt really hungry all-of-a-sudden!" He smiled in an embarrassed sort of way and opened his soda can. Kyouya always ate when he was nervous or thinking about something - pangs of hunger always came shortly after those sorts of feelings. Looking down at his legs, he moved his leg by his ankle - he was, however, very, very skinny. Touching his cheek, he drank from the can, staring intently at Nat.

"Aww, I'm sorry about your house," Nat moved closer, "Is your brother a nice person? ^_^" Nat asked sweetly, still edging closer. "I wish you luck on your first case. I hope you win. ^_^" ,then he whispered " And you didn't offend me at all. ^_^"
Nat noticed Kyouya staring at him, quite intently. Nat blushed heavy, he wasn't used to getting attention at all, it usualy went to Aviv. He edged a bit closer, admiring Kyouya's well toned legs, and enjoying today alot more....
There was some commotion far behind him.... Ignore it, it's just aviv again....

"Huh...really?" he said munching absently. Taking in what was being said - but not really registering it. He blinked twice and looked to where he had last seen Nat - and noticed he was much, much closer now.
"Ah!-Haa-you-know-that-thing-where-you-look-at-your-watch-and-you-have-to-look-again-cause-you-didnt
werent-really-paying-attention-but-you-were?!" He blurted out; he was ever so slightly unnerved by how close Nat was. Then he paused, and said.
"Um...my brother is a nice person i guess - he has a young family and he took me in, so that makes him a pretty all round great guy right?" he smiled, and sorted through the files in his mind.
"Thank you for the encouragement - but i only want to win if the defendant is guilty." he mumbled something absently and shook his head.
"Mmm but enough about me! I wanna know about you!" he said, smiling warmly - it was nice to have some company for once; he loved his nephew, but a 4-year-old can be quite trying after awhile. Kyouya yawned and took another sip of his soda; sun also = sleepy Kyouya.

"Well, I'm homeless by choice, but orphened by accident. I have my half-brother Aviv, and alot of friends, but no family. I do what work I can to get money, so I have enough, but I still live by myself outside, cause I don't want to be a burden, besides I can take care of myself. ^_^" Nat smiled an honest smile, truthfully he couldn't do wrong.

"Ah, it is rather a sad story...but if you're happy you're happy right? That's all that counts in my book! if i had one...i need a book...to write things in..." He said, happily drifting off topic. Then he turned to Nat and smiled awkwardly, blushing.
"Sorry, i didnt mean for you to move away - i just have a little issue with closeness..." he said, absently touching the small scar on his eyebrow. Taking a sip from his soda, his face suddenly twisted and he wrenched the can away from his mouth; it was warm, and disgusting. Sighing, he threw his arms up and allowed himself to flop backwards on his towel.
"The weather is nice eh? I've been couped up for so long, its nice to get out!" he closed his eyes.
"Um...is there anything you'd like to talk about Nat?"

))Crystal bit her lip,"I-I don't know. This is happening so fast!" Crystal was really unsure. She loved both Aviv and Mike, but who could she choose? It was a hard descision. Crystal started to breath hard, her face went pale. "I-I don't know!" she screamed, placing her hands over her ears as if trying to block out voices.
Mike watched Crystal from a distance. 'What's wrong with her?' he thought.
Crystal's head felt light. The place around her was spinning. She closed her eyes and her body dropped to the ground. She passed out, then and there.
"Crystal!!" Mike screamed running to her. Mike held Crystal in his arms. "Crystal! W-wake up!!" he shouted. Though her body didn't move at all. Mike screamed, "Somone call 911, hurry!"

((I feel like some Kit-Cat is needed here...))
Kitty was lying on the sand, listening to the sounds of the ocean. Whatever anyone said, she wasn't sunbathing. Nope. Not her. Ok, she had a little less sunlotion than usual, but that didn't mean anything. And okay, she rolled over at regular intervals. That was because um... It was uncomfortable lying in one position too long. But suddenly, her sun- sorry, lying, was interuppted by a cry of anguish and what could be the 'thump!' of someone falling to the ground. Kitty wondered if she needed a psycologist. Sighing, she got up and walked over to the commotion. "What's up?" she said. Her eyes found Aviv, and she winked. "Are you putting this young lady under pressure?" she asked. After examining Crystal's pulse, slapping her face a few times and shouting very loudly in her ear, Kitty gave her analysis. "Yup. Under too much stress, the body will shut down. I believe that is what happened here."

He took the umbrella's from Ruthie, surprised she could carry them all whe he nearly collapsed under them. He was still staring at Ruthie, he could barely say a word, he kept sputtering Jibberish. 'Say something dummy!' He yelled at himself inside... Eventually....
"Thank You!" He yelled, before running off top where the fort was. Before he strated building he ran back, Gave Ruthie a Big Hug, and a kiss on the cheek, as well as a few more "Thank you's", before running off to clear up and rebuild his Umbrella fort.
