Okay, I'm quite dumb. These files are in "rar" format, you must use WinRar or some equivalent program to ..um.. unzip. It's compressed like a Zip file. :)
Anyway, on my recent expedition to Japan, I acquired myself a large armful of doujinshi!
I wish to share some of them with you!
Unfortunately, I've been quite busy (and only a little lazy) and I can't give you all of them in one huge dump. But! I have a kanji dictionary for my DS, and it assists me in translating very quickly. So some of these will be scanlated! Yay~ I get to read them in English with the bonus of you guys reading it! So really, I'm the greedy one.
And the "translated" samples aren't necessarily what they say. Just showing you art and a bad joke, until I can get them posted. :moe:

Oh, and if any of these were scanned/translated before I put them up, please let me know, because scanning takes time, and if I can save some, you can get the rest sooner.

4.

Gen/Comedy, with light Klavier/Ema, and a nostalgic Nick/Maya.
Spoilery for Polly and Trucy's uh... "relationship?"
Translated on the plane ride back home <3

Gyakuten Shiki (Turnabout Ceremony)
by CURSOR (Script 40% Translated, cover scanned only.)
Image
Image
Gen/Comedy, a bit shippy (standard het couples).
Godot's dialect is a bit tough, and I'm clueless on everyone's kanji names.

Perfect Dreamer
by CURSOR
Image
Image
ComedyComedyComedy. This one is extra retarded. Shippy too.
This one will be scanlated third, but there's a random Godot/Mia part, and looking at it, I might not be able to get this one completed for a while. Curse you, Godot! :godot:

Sorairo (Sky-colored)
by CURSOR
*Haven't got to scanning yet*
It's a compilation of Fanbooks 1-3. Shippy, Gen/Comedy. I'll be translating this in pieces. I really want to do the one involving May (Mei) staying at Mitsurugi's place, and she gets a bit of culture shock. (She cries "JESUS!" at one point XD) Because the jokes aren't region friendly, I'm planning on leaving that story with their Jap names. She calls him Reiji... Wouldn't that be equivalent to "Miles"? Hmm.
Ah, I also believe that G!game was scanned and posted in court-records or elsewhere. I know I have that one floating somewhere on my harddrive.

Monster x Monster: The Holloween Party
by AirPockets & Gokuaku Kyoujin Dan (Outrageous Maniac Team)
Image
Image
Completely Random Comedy. Tons of 4 and 8 Komas, plus a couple stories involving Edgeworth and the von Karmas as vampires, and Phoenix as a vampire slayer...
It came with a couple loose pages, and I don't know where (or if) they go in the book, so I gotta figure out how I'm going to handle scanning them... Probably won't translate this one?
Either way, I bought this for the cover alone...

Age's CompleXion
by Dokusai (Autocracy) Moratorium? (Same doujinka who made High School Bebop, Self Happiness, and Toshishita no Otoko no Ko <3)
Image
Image
(haha "Ryuhichi")
Blatent P/E. Cute OMG YOU LOST YOUR BADGE *SOB* story, with some funny komas of Edgy meeting Polly. A random Desperado!Klavier/Apollo pic. This one is really short. I'll probably end up translating the komas, for Edgey gets dumb in his old age.

Kuro Rabu (Kuro/Black Love?)
(RAW) -> http://rapidshare.com/files/108036625/KuroRabu.rar
By Loups
Image
Image
I bought this because Loups makes P/E unbelievably adorable. I'm not a big fangirl of the coupling, but with people like Balgus Rec and Loups supporting it, I can't help but look. :3 (I fangirl over artists, sorry)
Nick's a puppy for some reason, and then a bit of pet training with Nick and Edgey. The dog is probably "Kuro" and not Pess, judging from the name of the book, but I didn't really bother to reread it to confirm. Oh~ The cute faces.
And if I wasn't so anal about scanning, a book this short wouldn't take an hour and a half to do so. :S

Love You Only
RAW -> http://rapidshare.com/files/112114108/LoveYouOnly.rar
By RONRONSHUKA
Image
Spoiler: MAJOR 4-4! Kristoph, little Klav, and little Daryan have lunch? (I colored it! XD)
Image

A 40 page doujin featuring the theme "Everyone loves Klavier/Kyouya!"
Yep: Klavier/Polly, Klavier/Trucy (for the lulz), and a bunch of Klavier/Daryan. This doujin pretty much perfectly demonstrates the obnoxious!Klavier that runs around in my headcanon.
Not scanned as nicely as my others because it's little and the spreads fit perfect in my scanner, and I've been short on time recently, so I couldn't take out the shadows.
I might trans more komas, but no plans for a full scanlation.

One more after this! :) It contains Gavincest. :beef: O.o
Then I must finish scanlating. :redd: :)

It's called Genius 3 or something like that...
I got it (well my friend got it for me in a trade) in Japan.

http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-9g- ... -198v.html
Wow, it was on the front DS page of Playasia. But so is Phoenix Wright 3 and Apollo Justice :D *insert chuckling hobo here*

*squints* Actually, it's based off the Genius series of huge expensive Japanese -> English Dictionaries.

Oh, but to be able to translate anything, you need to know stroke order, along with grammer. It gives almost no grammer help, beyond what it babbles on about in Japanese. I took a year of Japanese, and it's still quite difficult.

Expensive Dictionaries = Expensive Game O_O

I'm still learning my basics, it may not be much help yet, but any help is better then none at all XD I bought a japanese novel I'm dying to read, but need help with some of the bigger words D=

YEAH EXPENSIVE. She bought it for about that much, I saw it the cheapest around $42, max almost $60. I bought Star Ocean 2 for my PSP at around $53, and they max at about around $40 here in the US, right?
All the games I bought (7?) ranged around $15-45... All DS and PSP. I bought a pair of dating sims, though. XD One's really really good (beat it already and now I'm macking on the teachers on my second playthrough) and the other is retarded and ridiculous and a bit dirty (you get to wash down pretty boys). X3
But the Kanji Game is easily my best buy.
And it really really helps with compounds, if you can get it to register your kanji. I'm stuck on a couple kanji in a key phrase, where I can't figure out the proper stroke order, and it won't register. Drawing them badly in proper order is better for it than drawing it accurately in the wrong order. Which is fine, that I have bad handwriting anyway. ;3
The PS2 Ouran High School Host Club game was over $80... TT_TT

Whaa! Sank you! Sank you vely mach! Was it difficult to find these? A lot of doujinshi I see on Ebay and the like are rather explicit and shippy. A good comedy is quite refreshing. :edgy:

I went to a girls' doujinshi shop in Nakano, Japan called "Mandarake." My most expensive doujin was the Sorairo one, wich was 840 yen (about $9)
Most all the doujin I bought was $2.
I scored a pile of about 20 or so, spending around $50 total. :)

Good lord. Do want :sadshoe:

Over in the states, some people spend $50 on just ONE doujin.

Its freakin annoying, even at cons you usually can't find a GOOD doujinshi under $15, and anything with a decent amount of pages is atleast $25/$30

I was pretty successful finding the actual manga at a Book Off, and somewhere in Nakano, near the station, there's a long walkway with a roof, just past that, there's a 4 level shopping center with stores full of character goods, game stores, and book centers. There's a couple of different stores called Mandarake, one is a awesome figure store, another is the girls' doujin shop. I found all my doujinshi there. I found a Mia Fey figure at a figure store (7 levels) in Akihabara.
We didn't stop in Okinawa, so I don't know what's there.

Oh, and if you want to eat in the Nakano walkway, don't go to McDonald's, they had cockroaches. :payne:

Heh. I think I recognize all these artists.

I don't remember a doujin called "Perfect Dreamer" though on CURSOR's site. There were a bunch of others, but not that particular one.

Oh my god! Kuro Rabu alone makes want! It's really nice of you to go out of your way and do this, Nova. :D
Spoiler: Downloading Problem, for those who wish to help
I must be retarded or not have the right program, because every time I attempt to download the file, it downloads it as a ".rar", then when I try to open it, the file downloads itself again and again and again. D:!
A little help on how to fix this would be nice.

You need WinRar to unzip .rar files on windows.
