Title: Oscar Armand: Rookie Prosecutor
Author: Me
Rating: umm nothing too bad, some mild sexual themes so maybe 13+
Genre: uh idk
Status: incomplete, still working on trial for first case
Pairing: not decided yet, maybe some.
Summary:This is going to be a 4 case thread revolving around my OC, Oscar Armando.
I guess I'd better introduce him huh?

Name:Oscar Armando
Age:22
Job: Prosecutor
Personality: Read the story!!!
Appearance: Spiky Hair tilted towards the right, red shirt, grey blazer. Goatee and facial Hair along the jawline.

Brand new attorney, straight out of law school. Nephew of Diego Armando, but lives on the opposite coast (so no appearances from the game characters, at least not yet). This is going to follow the game's format except I won't go into too much detail during the investigations, maybe none at all. The trial is the really interesting part anyways.
So it's going to be a 4 case thread (with rivalries, betrayals, love? yadda yadda yadda)
So far I've only gotten the intro to the first case done (I had to introduce all the main characters and stuff).
Hope you like it.

Oscar Armando’s Apartment

Brrzt!
Brrzt!
Brrzt!
A hand reached over and slammed the screeching alarm into silence. The spiky haired man rolled over and rubbed his face. He was a young man, clearly of Hispanic descent, with a scruffy goatee and light facial hair along his jawline. His hair, naturally spiky, was almost as long as his head and tilted slightly to the right(his left).

“Finally Today’s the day”, Oscar thought to himself, “my first trial”. He couldn’t help but grin as he continued through his morning routine. The mixture of anxiety and excitement gave him butterflies in his stomach, a rare occurrence, considering he’s usually very calm and collected. Anticipation of what’s to come made his ritual seem especially short, it was all he could think about as he put on his blood red shirt and lucky blazer. He had some trouble tying his tie as he normally never wore one, yet today was not a normal day. He checked himself in his mirror, flashing his signature grin and making sure nothing was out of place. After he felt satisfied with his appearance he grabbed his suitcase and thermos and stepped out of his apartment, thinking about the last week and how this all started.

District Attorney Building

“Well, here I am,” Oscar said to himself as he stared at the serious looking building in front of him, “The DA’s office.” He was told to come here for an interview and a possible job as a state prosecutor. The high from passing the bar exam and becoming a full fledged attorney had yet to dwindle and Oscar was feeling as confident as ever.

He stepped into the building and walked up to the cute receptionist, “Hey there beautiful, I was told to come here for an interview. Name’s Oscar Armando”.

The secretary, Miss Rose, looked up at him with an obviously fake smile, “Yes, Mr. Armando, Mr. Stone is waiting for you.” Oscar winked and started to make his way towards the back when Miss Rose added, “and you might want to leave your ego in the lobby, Mr. Stone isn’t particularly fond of them, and neither am I for that matter.”

“Someone isn’t in a good mood,” Oscar thought to himself and then replied, “You will be soon enough.” He grinned and walked into the hallway, leaving Miss Rose alone to scoff at his cockiness. He searched for the correctly titled door and paused when he found it.

“District Attorney,eh? Well, Mr. Stone you had better retire soon because this office is soon to be mine.” Oscar went to knock on the door, when the door suddenly swung open revealing a man of huge stature.

At least 6’5” with very broad shoulders and a square jaw, Mr. Stone emitted an aura that demanded respect. His hair, grey speckled with the last remaining bits of black, along with his square-framed glasses gave off the impression of timeless wisdom, yet his eyes were those of a youthful man. His booming voice, however; attracted the attention of anyone within earshot, no doubt a very useful tool as a Prosecuting Attorney.

“You must be Prosecutor Armando, correct?” Stone said looking at Oscar from above his glasses.

“Uh..uh I mean, Yes. Correct, Oscar Armando. Pleased to meet you, Mr. Stone” stuttered Oscar, still recuperating from the sudden appearance of this beast of a man.

“Likewise, well then, Mr. Armando here’s your first case.” Roared Mr. Stone, dumping a stackful of folders and papers into Oscar’s arms.

“Uh, I was under the impression that I was here for an interview.” Squeaked Oscar.

“AHAHAHA!” guffawed Mr. Stone with a laugh that shook the walls, “Why are you asking for an interview when you’ve already been given the job? You graduated at the top of your class, You’re the nephew of Diego Armando, and very determined I’m sure.” Stone emphasized the last part as if he knew what Oscar was thinking outside his door. “Don’t worry, I’m sure you’ll do fine. I have prior engagements, so I must take my leave. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask Mr. Burner at the end of the hall. Oh and that’s your office next to his.

“Uh Thank you very much,” Oscar muttered, still surprised at what had just happened “well that was easier than I thought it’d be.”

“Good day,” Mr. Stone excused himself and made his way to the of the hallway, back to the lobby Oscar had just come from. “Oh and please, if you must hit on Miss Rose, do so at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for what may happen to you. AHAHAHA!” and with that he was gone.

“Well, he seems like a nice enough guy. And I have a case!..ALREADY!?! Calm down, Oscar, you can do this.*gulp* Yeah, I can do it. In fact I’ll do myself, I’m sure I’m more than ready. And if I need help I can always ask Mr. Stone or this ‘Mr. Burner’ for help. Well better start investigating.”

Now, a week later, he’s making his way into the courthouse ready to argue that same case, determined to find the defendant, that murderer, guilty.

Oscar stepped into the house of justice and quickly made his way towards the courtroom lobby.

“Ozzy! You made it!” cried a voice from the far end of the lobby. It was Flint Burner, Oscar’s friend and prosecuting colleague “Here I though you’d chicken out and I’d have to take your place.”

Flint Burner looked like a walking, talking fireball. His bright orange, perfectly tailored suit alongside his blinding red hair made him seem as though he’d just taken a swim in a paint bucket. His personality and prosecuting style very much reflected his appearance, always one for a joke, it didn’t seem that Flint has any other side, except for his wild one. Likewise, he’s just as big a inferno in the courtroom as he is out of it. His scorching hot objections, out of the box thinking, and fierce tactics were enough to make any defense attorney sweat bullets.

“Sorry, Flint, despite how much you want to be me, today’s just not your day.” Oscar quipped.

“Ahaha! I see your awful sense of humor is still intact, either you’re really not nervous or your just a hell of a liar.” Flint responded.

“Well, I am a lawyer after all. But to be honest, I am a little nervous.” Oscar admitted.

“Eh, don’t sweat it, besides the defense attorney is a rookie public defender, you pretty much won the lottery with this pick, couldn’t get much easier. Still are you sure you don’t want me beside you during the trial?” Burner asked.

“Sorry Flint, but it’s my first trial and so far I’ve done it alone, I’d like to end it that way too. Thanks for the offer, but don’t worry I’ve got it handled. Oscar affirmed, probably more to convince himself rather than Flint.

“Suit yourself, you better hurry up the trial’s about to start. Break a leg” Flint said as he left to the balcony where he could get a good view of the trial.

“Thanks Flint, bye”

Ok this is it. What you’ve been waiting for, take deep breaths and relax. You got this. Heh, a rookie public defender. He is in over his head.

Thanks, I'm still working on the trial. I have the basic plot, just need to hammer out the details.
It was originally going to be four cases but if no one else really likes it then I'll just finish the first one.
Thanks for first reply though :)
