Anyway, I think Iris would leave the temple. I didn't get the feeling she was really devoted to the temple, although she clearly loves Bikini a great deal. Iris states that she was there to make up for her past sins, so as long as she felt that she had made up for what had happened (which I think she probably would feel was finally settled after Phoenix forgives her so clearly at the end of the game) that she would no longer feel obligated to stay as a shrine maiden. I imagine she would still visit Bikini, but she loves Phoenix and I do think she would be willing to go with him. As for after that, I always pictured Iris going back to school and becoming an elementary school teacher. Just with her kindness and general temperament, I could see her being very good at that. We aren't led to believe that Iris is stupid, just naive and sheltered, so I think she would be fine going back to school particularly if Phoenix was there to help. ... I clearly spend too much time thinking about this. :P

Come to think of it, could it possible that Iris is actually doing what you just posted there, Mia? I had that image running through me as we've never seen outside the usual scenes of the office or the stuff that happens in between...

In my mind that is what happens. <_< We have no idea what Iris is actually up to after her jail sentence is complete so pretty much anything could technically happen (well anything that didn't violate her character or the canon timeline). That situation does make a lot of sense to me and I could certainly see it happening which is why I'm so fond of the explanation.

If it is, then I'm guilty of it too. :) I had this whole imaginative scene run through my mind when I first saw this pic with this being the moment before their first hug (or kiss) with both really wanting it to happen, but both just being too shy to act first which results in them staring awkwardly at each other. Too cute!

We shall ship forever! They're just too cute a couple to be a thing of the past. If we ever end up seeing Iris again, I hope she'll have left the temple though. Things become... more difficult if she's still a nun after all those years. Not impossible, just far more difficult.
On a side note, I haven't been able to dig up any more pics of them together, but this is a really pretty pic of Iris.

I have trouble seeing Iris doing more then a year for her crime. Iris's crime was pretty similar to Adrian's in 2-4 and she only got six months, so I figure somewhere between six months to a year is probably a pretty good bet for Iris's sentence. Seven years seems more then slightly excessive.

Please be moar, a Dahlia is fine as well.
Good thing it's in Japanese, because the plot is probably something involving Phoenix and Iris having sex in order to save Maya from the shadow realm after Dahlia sending her there.
