One-Of-Two - Sprite creation

Hey guys, since I've fallen in love with my OC Gavinner, Tristan, I went about in trying to make a sprite for him. Originally, I wanted to alter someone else's, but I realized that was a bit too much work for me then to just make one from scratch XD; Anyway, here it is!

Haha, there's a reason why he's in old Gant's office, but I'll leave that for the OC contest later XD;
Any crits or suggestions? Or even any tutorials I might be able to follow? Thanks!

Haha, I didn't know a pale character with blue triangles on his face automatically makes a direct connection to my design, but I suppose you can't really help it :garyuu:
