Personally, I think Lisa Basil is one of the most entertaining minor characters around. This is for several reasons:
1. She's very blue.
2. Her mechanically polite manners remind me of a customer service worker.
3. She has flashing lights on her suit, that speed up when she's agitated.
4. She screams 'NOOOOOOOO!' every time a secret of hers is exposed. I imagine her eyes going white, and smoke spilling from the back of her head if that were to happen.
5. So many inapporopriate jokes could be made regarding her relationship to computers.
I weep that there is not more fanart of this character, and that there is NO shipping. Considering how blindingly hilarious I find the idea of her lusting over a laptop, I am quite surprised.
Anyway, show your love or Keiko will be sad.

's smile, it's so cute! Here in Taiwan all the service reps in department stores act and talk like . It's actually kinda scary sometimes because their voices are so mechanic that they seem like robots to me.And also, who doesn't love the SPARDA quote?

That's what makes it fun!
Part of the enjoyment of something is making light of all the disturbing connotations and innuendos one can get out of it; in this case, technophilia taken too literally. I personally find the idea of Lisa heartbroken over the crash of her beloved Mr. Beeps to be unbelievably hilarious.
Just be glad the words 'CD drive' never came up in that context.
Not to mention the emasculating comments.
