I'd say KH2 in terms of a sexier Sora, graphics, and some of the disney movies (I loved Lion King and Pirates). However, I prefer KH1 when it comes to story, a cuter Sora (like a puppy dog :3), better voices for the FF characters (ZOMBIE AERITH!!!!!), and just a better story in terms of each world you go to and how it relates to the whole plot. I hated the whole "revisit the worlds" thing in the second game, it felt more like a chore to return to those worlds (especially Mulan, cuz the dragon boss bores me. It's super easy to stay alive, but I find it difficult to beat him quickly).
And yeah, I was like, "Where's Roxas?" throughout most of the story. Popping up now and then doesn't give an explanation
Ah, but I can't wait till 358/2 days or Birth by Sleep (it's the whole reason I bought a PSP *cough*)

Which is ironic considering two of my favorite characters were Larxene and Namine; the former was badass and the latter was just adorable, sort of like a slightly more talkative Vera. Axel was cool too, I guess.
Best battles are against Sephiroth, of course.
I hated the whole Gummi Ship thing in 1, it just seemed so tacked-on and pointless. It was still pretty pointless in 2, but at least it was more developed and entertaining.
Putting each upcoming game on a different system makes me want to hit the creators with a newspaper. Bad, bad Square.

Also, I guess I'm the only one that didn't like reaction commands. Yeah, they were kinda cool, but there wasn't any real timing to them.

Not really. I didn't really find them useful. They were the added cut scenes to the battle, needlessly added, actually. It's like Square just wanted to make the battle pretty with their use of flashy graphics xD;
As for Roxas... Uhm, I don't know. Well, for me, he wasn't exactly the most developed character in the game. All he did all throughout was emo and go "FTWWHOAMI?!" Personally, Axel had more character development. He had a better attitude too, haha.
