Yes, I'm writing a narrative poem about Phoenix's first day in court (1-1). I'm doing it for a school project, where we have to make a poetry book. One of the types of poem was narrative. So I thought, "Why not make it about Phoenix Wright?"
I will update this as I get farther along.
Here's what I have so far:
In the Defendant's Lobby he waited,
To make his court debut
For he realized that someday
He might even be defending you.
His name is Phoenix Wright
He is now an ace attorney
But on this day, he was afraid
That he would pass out and end up in a gurney.
His mentor, Mia Fey, cheered him up a bit
And said, "A lawyer is someone who smiles,
no matter how bad it gets."
The defendant, Larry Butz, was crying off his head,
"WHY DO I EVEN DESERVE TO LIVE?!"
"MY LIFE IS OVER!"
"MY GIRLFRIEND IS DEAD!"
The bailiff called for Phoenix,
"Five minutes 'til the trial."
He thought, "I'll probably just slip up and lose."
But he was in denial.
The prosecutor, Winston Payne,
not the best one out there.
He's a short man who wears glasses,
who's losing all of his hair.
And that's what I got so far.
