I recommend using Google Translator on the site. Also, if you use Firefox, I recommend downloading the FoxLingo plugin from the official Mozilla website for future translations you may need.

Finally, for translating single words to/from Japanese, I recommend using Animelab's translation website. http://www.animelab.com/anime.manga/dictionary/

That's all the translation software you may ever need.

NOTE: For the website, click on the animated image on the left side of the window, translate that, and hover over any clickable images to see where they lead. It requires a little common sense and comprehension of engrish to figure everything out, but best of luck to you!

EDIT: This program seems to require the japanese version of Windows, so I can't use it. However, everything I said above should still help you navigate through the website.
