Seems to be only a matter of days now. I truly can't wait for this release. I think i'll make my game with placeholder sprites until i've made my own, just so I can swap them out easily and not have to edit the script :D

Most of PWLib is 100% reference copying. Even I need reference sometimes. (And this behavior makes PWLib easier than a 100% do it your own code).

Announce: PWLib Hayase revision has been concluded.

Shinkinrui: I'll look into the MP3 2+ playback today, so stay tunned for updates about it.

Only tutorials to go. Someone want to help me write then? (Correct language, make them more undestandable, etc). That will speed-up development of the tutorials.

I was thinking now on making a video, video "1.5", to show how pwlib improved from video 1. What do you ppl think? (Making a video is easy and fast as pie, so no time lost to make it.) :franny:

And about my server: I think I pinpointed the the problem: it seems my modem is the problem, but I will need another modem to test it out.

Recording the video will be easy as pie (Camtasia does all the work), but i will need to fix some issues that appeared on the test script due to the font change (text begin bigger than the msgbox).

Video 1.5 has been completed. As I noticed, AIGE seems to hate slow fps (< 50/40).

As I want to keep track of how many download the video, I'll send them via MSN/AIM/etc (as my server is still down).

Theoretically, the limit for file size when sending mails is 10Mo (no matter which mailbox you're using). However, Gmail does not block larger mail : I've already transferred more than 15 Mo from gmail to gmail in one mail, so you can try and see the results :maya:

The best way, though, would be to put the file on your site, with a php script counting the number of clicks on the link : it's fast and easy to do, and you won't have to worry about filesize. I can host it on AAOnline until your server gets back online, if you want :edgy:

Hmmm, maybe you don't have the necessary codec? (it was done in the same fashion as the video 1). I'll dl it and see if volvagia is seeding it ok.

Edit: The video is ok, plays correctly. Seems like it is a codec issue. Try FFDShow.

Now that's what I call progress. Here's to hoping you this gets released soon.

Yeap, just watched the video with VLC (my favourite video player ^^) and it works fine :edgy:

That's as impressive as ever, there's no doubt PWlib is going to be fantastic :godot:

If you want me to host the video, just tell me : download should be a bit faster from there ;-)

Not for what it does, just for the awesomeness of it.

UNLESS YOU CONTEST FIREFOX?

By the way, KSA, will the sound effects for the text be alterable? Either no sound or the original, for example?
