I tried to recolor Ace Attorney sprites. I've never really messed with sprites' contents too much aside from putting them in sigs, animating them[only like once..], etc.

Thanks. It took me about 20 minutes to do[I screwed up like 5 minutes in, so I had to restart. XD] I think.

Here's one of Godot(I swapped his colors back and forth):

I tried to put Armando's hair on Godot, and vice versa, but it looked like crap, because I'm new to recoloring, so I gave up pretty quick.

Thanks. They were pretty easy to do. Just took their[Mia/Edgey] buttons and colored them black, then made them white instead of orange. Godot was a bit more complicated, since I had to decide what would best fit that "open mouth" theme. Godot took the longest, about 15 minutes or so.

The heart in the first one stands out a bit, with the blue background. Try giving it a little shading now :)

@phoenixsoda: Thanks! :D

@Ice: Any tips on shading, or how to do it? I'm still new at this.

@Sphinx: Thanks.

All comments are appreciated, as long as they aren't flames. :P

To be honest, I'm not very good at shading myself ^^
But just try to make it stand out a bit less, or change the colour of the heart maybe?

here's a tutorial on shading for art. you could probably apply the same basic principles.

if you're using photoshop.

you can also try this

Either way, good luck.
