I sorta assumed this thing was dead because there wasn't anybody actually animating anything for people to look at...and nobody working on a script...and music? And while I do love writing, between my other projects and stuff, I don't have the time and patience to write the script too...
...Well, anyway. What song for the opening theme? I can't even think of how it'll look in animated form if we haven't picked a song. I was joking with my sister about using this song. XD Haha. I could see this working. If we were to use PW music, CADENZA Examination and CADENZA Objection would be hawt. Or maybe CADENZA Investigation.

At first I had doubts about this project, but it looks like this may be possible after all.
As for an opening thene, why not try to find something where the lyrics... 'match'? I suggest going to http://www.animelyrics.com/anime/. I'll try to find something for the heck of it.

i'm thinking the beginning before the intro music should be something like this
it's another busy day at the Mia fey & co law offices, when suddenly there's a knock on the door. "Who could that be" says Mia. "I'll go check it out". the door opens slowly. shot from knee up, Larry appears at the door step panting. "Nick... you gotta help me" then the intro music begins.
that's just my thought at least.

Shadoninja: What's wrong with the intros from the games? They seemed nice and suspense-building...like the cold opens for House! Haha. I love House. Anywho, I don't wanna sound mean but your opening wouldn't make sense...Wouldn't Larry be at the detention center? And since he really didn't have anything to do with the murder, I don't think he'd have the time...or brains...to run to Phoenix right away. XD;;

we need people for :
Art work
This encompasses background, character and other misc. items(e,g evidence from different angles)
Storyboard
This will involve creating stills and outlines of the episodes.
Scripting
basically what the characters say. maybe we should change it up to not spoiler anything ahead of time, we can still leave foreshadows and such.
Animation
Music and/or Sound
definately need someone who can mix sound and music together to make it seem more real and/or animeish
Voice Actors
Optional: someone who knows japanese and can teach others.
and if we do that we need someone who has the time to sub title it.
yea anyway I don't feel like adding descriptions for all of them atm.

Also, for audio/music, I can easily recommend Jaws for the job as he is quite incredible. He made a techno remix of "Everyone wants to go Swimming?" and I have loved his work ever since.

Hakuro: Hurray voice actor and scripter-type! What do you mean by modifying translations to fit rhythm? And now I'm curious about Jaws. Off to go find remixes and things!
The only thing I'm actually really worried about is how the voice actors might all have varying-quality microphones, so it might sound kinda bleh when it's all spliced together...

that's where the sound mixer comes in, that person should be able to equalize all the vocals so they aren't messy. one suggestion for the voice actors is to put a sock over your microphone, it acts as a filter apparently.

Also, I make it a point to amplify all of my recordings by 20 decibels, removing white noise, and adding any kind of special effects that would fit (i.e.: Changing Pitch, adding echo, whatever fits the role.) before shipping out my recordings.

I can imagine those lyrics for the Cadenza - Gyakuten Sisters ending theme idea, but I don't really see it much as opening theme as the lyrics have a more romantic feel than excitement. So I can modify the lyrics to match Gyakuten Sisters. Just give me a moment to do so.
