... She'd been doing this for the past three days, and was, frankly, getting sick of pretending.
"*** I'm a spammy Spambot that wants to be ban hammered! ***..." She muttered to herself, ignoring the stares of her fellow lawyers, all of whom had been watching her. "I've got to get out of this place."
Grabbing her coat, scarf, and purse, Mia hurriedly left the office, shouting a loud "I'm taking a lunch break!" in case Mr. Grossberg was near.
Fifteen minutes later, Mia stepped out of the cab, standing in front of her favorite place: Bergdorf's. Mia didn't know why, but the sweet smell of overpriced shoes always calmed her down.
I should have done this days ago...
She was wandering miscellaneously, not paying attention to where she was going, when a familiar red shirt and cocky grin caught her eye.
She turned, surprised, and a bit suspicious. "Diego?"

Mia smiled, then ran her hands over each coat, laughing. After discarding several--too small, too big, and one overcoat was a delightful shade of 'lemon-lime'--Mia had them narrowed down to three, but eliminated one because it didn't smell good.
"Here," she said, laughing, helping Diego into the more practical YSL overcoat. "You wear this one..." She trailed off, putting on the Brooks Brothers coat that smelled amazing, but would probably fall apart. "...And I'll wear this one."
Still laughing, she looked at Diego. "You clean up well," she said. "That overcoat looks...really good."
