Um, it's an easy one, I think, it's just a re-color. I'll wait for your answer patiently, but, er, I guess I'll tell you now. Before I do say, can you do an avatar with a re-color?

Can you make an avatar with a light turquoise in the background? I would like Thalassa in the avatar please, but are you able to make her dress the blue color that Lamiroir wears? If not, Thalassa herself with the background is fine. Oh, and one last thing; I'm sorry: can she not be talking and have these words above her head in the same dark blue color and in an elegant font:
