This process takes a long time. Due to the way sound data is arranged in Ouendan, a song can be split into as many as 15-20 pieces, some of which may be used more than once. So in conclusion, it's a pain to assemble them right.

I saw your topic on GameFAQs, so check this video of me playing Sekai Wa Sore o Ai to Yabundaze - the audio is direct feed, so you couldn't ask for much higher quality. AND I get to whore myself out. :P
EDIT: Also, your cheat submission is wrong, the 70-million point rank isn't the highest rank. On the rank-up screen, it shows there's another rank after it and tells you to get 100-million points.
Which I'm like 21 million points away from. ;___;

I will finally be able to compare Ouendan to EBA for myself. I wonder which one I'll like more after playing both though. I'll try to finish Ouendan all the way through before playing Ouendan 2 though.

After hitting the (second?) highest rank, you know what you get?
You get to remove the timer circles. How's that for a hard mode?
speaking of this, they should have done this in EBA and ouendan 1 instead of the circles going down faster. To be honest, after the first few levels, EBA didn't really have a harder mode. The markers just flipped 180 degrees and are smaller...

Also, on Normal/Hard/Insane, the hit marker itself disappears before you hit it with the timer circles off.

Hard mode with the timer circles off is harder than Insane with the timer circles off because on Hard the hit markers disappear much earlier, and you have to remember where they were. On Insane they disappear a split second before you have to hit them anyway.

Plus, the absence of nobodyknows+, UVERworld, and Asian Kung-Fu Generation makes me sad. Any reason why Hero's Come Back!! isn't the final song? >_>;
Also, the last few beats on Monkey Magic on hard are so freaking annoying. I always get 50s when I need to tap 3 times. Anyone else have trouble with that?

In other news, I spent over 4 HOURS trying to get a full 300 on Sekai Wa Sore O Ai To Yobundaze(last song). That's 2 MOVIES. And I'm talking about today alone. I just kept pushing my time because I got so close that I couldn't quit. I would have never known at the time that I wouldn't get any closer. I managed to get only 1 100 on the last section. I got up to that point 3 times. *sigh* I'll try again tomorrow. It's too frustrating. I don't think I've ever had a more depressing time staying indoors.

I've done that :D Also got S Rank on Insane + Hidden on Countdown. Makes me quite happy.
I've been trying it on hard mode. It's like... impossible. I can't even get a perfect, let alone S rank.
I'm quite the opposite really. I find that if I stop playing and come back, I get worse. I'm at my best after playing for a 3-4 hour stretch or so. :]

And yeah... Sixfortyfive may have taken the prize first, but I'm all about that filming eye candy >>. It would've been tight if I had been able to find a camera last night, but I'm not bummed in the least.
I'm working on Countdown and the pee-boy song now. The reason I haven't been trying for F3Cs on Hidden mode yet is just 'cause I prefer normal play more than Hidden. It's not like I can't play hidden, I mean, I AM a monster and all.

I find that the jump from standard to hidden is like the jump between the 3rd difficulty to the 4th. I tried playing without hidden after using it for so long and was all, "WTF IS THIS CRAP CLUTTERING UP THE SCREEN."
Man, browsing Ouendan hentai is a crapshoot when you can't read Japanese. You can never tell whether you're going to get yaoi or yuri.
Also, I've been looking for some download links to the sound data for this game, and judging from this page, it looks like you people have been passing it around. :D

Everyone says that, but I don't see what people like about that song. Maybe it's the cover, but it's just not my genre.
I liked the Ouendan 1 soundtrack more, it was more rock-driven. The only songs I didn't like in it were Guts da Ze, Neraiuchi, Kokoru Odoru, and Koi no Dance Site. Everything else was either okay (Linda Linda, Melody) or awesome (Atsuki Kodou no Hate, Taiyo Ga Moeteiru, Ready Steady Go).
EBA was a mixed bag. On the one hand you've got David Bowie, Queen, The Rolling Stones, Deep Purple, and Chicago. On the other you've got Good Charlotte, Avril Lavigne, CHER, Destiny's Child, Ashley Simpson, the Village People... etc. Disappointing, really.
Ouendan 2 gives the old squad most of the rock and the blue squad most of the pop, so I generally just stay on the red side. Bambina, Zoku, Glamorous Sky, Zenryoku Shonen, and Okuru Kotoba are some of my favorites, the first three in particular. The only song I really like on the blue side is Samurai Blue, maybe Vista, and frankly they stick out of the blue squad song list because most of the squad's music is pop. I can't stand Shonen Heart, Bang! Bang! Vacances, Pop Star, Monkey Magic, or Kibun Jojo.
Both the final songs are awesome though. :O

Edit: I was just listening to Zenryoku Shonen while going through a Kanji menu, and found myself playing Ouendan with the down arrow going through the menu (matching with the in-game beats)
