I'm thinking the stamp would have had to have been for Vera. The stamp he used wasn't an ordinary stamp, it was a commemorative stamp, meaning that Kristoph didn't just have it in a package of stamps, it was bought separately. He'd have no reason to by a stamp with the Gramyre troupe on it if it was for Drew; the stamp was specifically to appease Vera.
Also, he doesn't have a reason to kill Drew, because
Drew never saw him. Vera, however, met Kristoph face-to-face and therefore could reveal his identity.
Though it's a bit contradictory in the end. It would seem that because Kristoph set up the fingernail polish for Vera, that the stamp would have to be for Drew, especially considering that one could only assume that Drew would be in charge of the finances (An 11 year old girl certainly couldn't do it) Perhaps Kristoph didn't care who he killed. With Vera actually making the forgeries and Drew being in charge of the buisiness of it, it wouldn't matter who he killed. If Vera died, there would be no one to testify as to Kristoph's identity and Drew wouldn't be a threat, and if Drew died then Vera would have to leave the house, so she would put on the nail polish and probably bite her nails and die too.
