The prosecutor will probably be the direct opposite of the G. Which means:
- Has a very dark sence of humour,
- Is old (50-60 years, probably - a vonKarma type of person)
- Is evil (Not in the case of perfection, more in the case of liking having criminals put on the loose)
- Simple, dark clothing,
- Ghastly appearence.
As so, I believe the prosecutor will be a man during or past his prime. His hobbies I do not know, but I do know that it won't be coffecups that he's flinging accross the courtroom - A previous job as an undertaker or similar would suit him well. He has a tendency to crack jokes in court that makes everyone shiver, and when it comes to appealing the viewers, he goes by sheer supression and making everyone be afraid of him (which of course means that what Phoenix did was perfect for him). Likes to hold a grip of the courtroom not unlike that of von Karma, and he has to be a person that is so untrustable that it eventually would look like he commited a murder (but actually didn't). As for his appearence, he has to be scary. Probably somewhere between a ghoul and an evil undead warlock or something similar.
A quote of his could look like
"I do believe that anyone would find calling for help diffiult when they've just been decapitated. Want me to.... demonstrate, Mr. Justice...? On you...?"
A fitting name for him could be Mortimer Necron.

Me, I reckon the new prosecutor'll be ruthless, cunning, and above nothing (and I mean, NOTHING). Let's see,
- The next prosecutor will be a middle-aged female, anywhere from 46-52 years old. She will be a Gavin.
- She will be astonishly slim and good-looking for her age, but whenever the defense wins an objection wrinkles will appear on her face, reminding her of her age.
- She will have long blond hair like Kristoph and Klavier, with that signature braid.
- She will be dressed in a long skirt and from the waist upwards, a top like Mia Fey (the older version). But not with breasts as big.
- Her motive for prosecuting (in the region the game is located, she was a prosecutor earlier in Germany) will be revealed as soon as you "fight" her in court, where she reveals that she was Kristoph's/Klavier's mother. She wants revenge from Apollo as she think HE'S responsible for all that happened, and that's all.
- She will wear glasses.
(I know I'm taking a gamble on the middle-aged thing, as well as being the Gavins' mother, but you never know.)

Personality: A prideful guy whose slighty self-centered except when working on a case but still likes to make himself look good. He works rather carefully despite having a fast pace. He's more likely to become depressed instead of angered unline most of AA's Prosectors. He can get overly addicted to the subject of discussion to the point of causing boredom for all who listen. Gets a bit nervous when around women.
Apperance: He wears a semi-casual suit in a shade of dark orange or brown without a tie or any neckpieces. His wears black jean pants with a pocketwatch. His has beign gloves on his hands that are a bit loose but held on by his bracelet. His hair also has a very litte green hint to it on the ends. Also, he has a small scar by the base of ear.
Other Facts:
Connected to Apollo/Trucy indirectly by one other person whose close to Apollo/Trucy (example: Nick or Lamiroir)
Almost ends up being a victim in the final case but survives
A bit of hobbyist which can effect his behavior when talking to others.

After Phoenix's last case, he began to distance himself from everyone he had once known, thinking that they might not understand him if he denied all charges against him. Therefore, he has not had direct contact with many of them for seven years, although some tried to resist this (read: recordings of action samurai shows received from 'some kid').
Meanwhile, the person who took this, perhaps, the hardest, was Pearl Fey. Her all-encompassing love for Maya made her want to get back in contact with Phoenix so that Maya wouldn't be in any emotional pain, which was evident although she was busy as Master of the Kurain Channeling Technique. So, she developed an intricate plan to reunite their once-tight-knit clan.
She has already been defined as a prodigy several times before, although this admittedly applies largely to channeling. Knowing she won't be Master anyways (and also still scarred from the events of 3-5), she gives up spirit channeling for the most part and starts going to full time school.
Switch to present day. Fresh out of law school at the age of 18 or so, she retains the same love for Maya as in her childhood and is now ready to face off against Phoenix Wright and show him that they should all get back together when she learns, of course, that he no longer practices defense. This devastates her, as she gave up her wonderful talent for channeling to prosecute with him. (Note that she still is a kinda out-of-the-time kid and does not read newspapers or watch television.) However! Moping around the courtroom one day, she hears that Phoenix Wright has taken on a new apprentice!
(This offends her more than a little bit.)
She ensures that she gets the next case with him, and their battle begins.
Trucy, as legal aide, will note that the new prosecutor- introduced only as Pearl- seems familiar, but she can't place her. Pearl will have no response, but upon learning that Trucy is Phoenix's 'daughter', will resent her throughout most of the cases.
When she loses, oddly enough she is not distraught, because she doesn't care about any kind of perfect win record as long as Maya and Phoenix are reunited somehow, plus she still has that faith in Phoenix and thinks he has trained Apollo well.
Back at the Wright Anything Agency, Trucy is reporting their adventure in court, and Phoenix gets an odd look on his face as he hears about the new prosecutor, who is surprisingly apt. Muttering something about needing to memorize new sheet music, he goes off and is seen looking at a thick book. Unbeknownst to them, he has a cutout in the book and is actually looking at a picture of the gang all together. Trucy would say later that he was crying. Phoenix would deny it.
Anyways, this whole thing builds up until, at the climax, Phoenix comes to meet Pearl at the end of their trial, (which she wins because the client was actually guilty) and near the very end, Phoenix mentions meeting up with Maya again and calls Pearl by her nickname again.
Pearl is very happy about this.
In credits she mentions giving up prosecuting, because her goal has been fulfilled, and going back to channeling.
The end.

I'm going to guess that the next prosecutor is going to be a girl. She'll have an odd habit (kind of like godot, fran, ect, but I'm not sure what it actually could be) probably reading. she might ignore the cases most the time while she reads a book maybe about Prosecuting? She'll also be a new prosecutor, fresh out of the oven. She has to do with Apollo's past, possibly a classmate, relative, or friend. She'll have blond hair and wear a blue suit. she'll have a grudge against Apollo for something he did in the past.
Mwahahahaha... I know you too well...

This girl would be kind of creepy and hate Apollo with a passion, and her goal in life is to rid him of his badge, just like her idol, Klavier, did to Phoenix.
She'd be a sort of "Yamigire." She'd be introduced as a sort of Dahlia-like character and the court finds her sweet, smart and respectable. However, when someone annoys her she can get very violent with strong passion, as she has for Apollo. She wears glasses and looks like a typical "sweet" girl.
She doesn't want a perfect win record, or to find the truth. Just to prove Apollo wrong as a sort of revenge for "ruining her life." Apollo doesn't remember her, but she remembers him. I don't know from where. But she never wanted to be a prosecutor, she originally wanted to be a magician but her parents stressed her into becoming a lawyer. I'm guessing she met Apollo some where along the way and he somehow stunted her chances of becoming big. Which enraged her.
In the last case, she attempts to murder Apollo in blind rage from the last case. Accidentally, she murders his next cases client. The blame is placed on Apollo and she eventually is put into prison. At the end of the game, she finally explains everything and develops a sort of crush on "Odoroki-kun." And Trucy offers to teach her a magic trick before she finally is put on death row. She gets really protective of Apollo, who isn't interested in her, and she finds Trucy a rival for his love.
In the next cases, Apollo sometimes visits her to sometimes get opinions from a "prosecutor" sort of view. As, despite being slightly crazy, she was a genius in a sense.
I mean, I would love to face a guy like Kristoph in court. 8D

The new prosecutor will be.. a woman. A human being. Has hair. Hair will probably be... black. Also wears mostly black. Outift will be more revealing then normal. She will flirt with Apollo and try to distract him from the truth. The 'perceive' system will be used on her at least once, to the delight of all game players. She will be of... slavic descent (why not). She'll yell objection. Maybe even in a foreign tongue, or in an odd way. She'll have a first name and a last name. Trucy won't like her. Neither will Ema. The prosecutor will be a Klavier fan girl, but will only show it near the very end. She'll be connected to the Feys somehow. Bigger than a breadbox. Smaller than the Jolly Green Giant. Pale, white skin. Drawn in sprite format. She'll give the judge a hard time, and proabably make him cower beneath the table at least once. At least once during the game, it will look like she has won. Will be named after a Greek godess (i.e Athena, Aphrodite). Will either have a perfect win record or be hailed as a true thoroughbred in the history of the prosecutor's office. Will flick hair back when irritated or annoyed. Apollo will have heard of her before; seeing as she's famous.
Meh, I figured I'd go all out. Wouldn't it be funny if I was close?
Oh, and this doesn't count for the contest, but I'm betting that the guest prosecutor will be Edgy!

The new prosecutor with be a woman. She has dark hair that is very short, but styled. She has some kind of warm color that matches the color on her clothes in her hair. Her last name is very long and strange, and she has to correct people on the pronounciation of it. However, she is not foreign. (That is possible. Nobody can get my last name correct on the first try.) She lies constantly, and rarely tells the truth, and she tries to get the defendant guilty.

-end up helping Polly out
-won't work well with others (ie finding evidence and putting it in her pocket rather than giving it to the detectives, just so she has an ace up her sleeve)
-have a strange *so there* move, like Klavier's air guitar and Franziska's curtsey...I'm thinking a salute? xD

-She has black hair
-Her top will be pink/red
-She will wear a mini-skirt
-She will wear knee-length boots
-She is "REAL" prosecutor (she has quite the winning record)
-She is a figure from Apollo's past
-She will have a grudge against Apollo for some apparent reason
-She is quite lethal with her words
-Apollo will attempt to act nice towards her
-Ema will hate working with her but the new prosecutor doesn't really care
-She will act childish when she feels threatened in court (ex: you found a contradiction)
-She's not too fond of Klavier
-She is indifferent towards Trucy
-She will be surprised when she sees Mr.Hat

My guess on the next main prosecutor will be the following:
-Is a doctor/had medical experience.
-Knows different kinds of medicines and whips out a needle everytime he/she is angered.
-Threatens Apollo to be injected with poison (atroquinine?) everytime she is cornered.
-Somehow related to a character from the past games that we'd thought he/she would be less likely to show up.
-Is paired with another new character from the game but practically hates that character he/she is being paired with.
-Came back from a different country or was in hiding while studying to be a prosecutor.
-Adds expressions from his/her primary language (e.g. Klavier: Ja and Fraulein).
-Will most likely be a sex symbol.
-Hurt by a certain tragedy from the past games as the reason for his/her comeback.
-Kisses up to the judge or harasses him.
-A case from the game will have something to do with her or a relative.
-Doesn't care about perfection and could care less about the truth. Her main agenda is to wait for the right time and crush Apollo on the court.
-Knows Phoenix Wright (doh).
-Will warm up or show a soft side to one of the main characters at the end.
-Will less likely be an ally at the end.
-Will add another catchphrase aside from Objection, Hold It, Take That, and Gotcha.
-Will have a dead black hair.

What do i think.
The new Prosecutor will probably be female
She will have very long brown hair with blone highlights. She will have side swept bangs that always seem like the wind is in her face.
She will be the youngest prosecutor in the series, who managed to get her badge without going to school for some unknown reason.
I could see her being flirty and using her "attributes" to get her places.
Clothes will ge black and green, most like a skirt.
She will wear sunglasses, in and out fo the courtroom.
They will be red rimmed black glasses. Tom cruse style.
She has an undieing passion for tea

Yes. thats right. Mia had a child with diego when she was about 22.
No one knew about the child not even diego.
She grew up on her own looking for her past.
When she found it, she immediatly decided to become a prosecutor, not knowing her parents were actually defence attorneys, not prosecutors.

Immediatly she gets apollo in a jam, with him holding on for live in their first trial.
