Congrats on starting a comic! Lots of people just keep talking about theirs and never start anything. >_>;;
Like Bad Player said, you do kinda just thrust us into the middle of whatever it is that's happening. A panel establishing some sense of location or characters would be a good way to start. It looks like you have an idea of what you want the story to be. You just need to work on expressing it so the reader will understand. Like...for page one and two...I wasn't really sure what was going on in page one, and then something or other happened in the time between page one and two and then the main character is wondering where he is. And then for page 3, he's suddenly at an upside down forest...So that people will understand, you should probably show him catching sight of it, or something else that could establish location. Cuz right now, it's like he's kinda standing around in a nowhere kinda place that has grass and upside down forests.

Artwise, it looks like you a have a good grasp on general anatomy. I suggest you look at pictures or manga that you like [XD if it's one you like, you won't get bored] and try studying how they do their characters' bodies, so you can get an idea of how to put bodies together a little bit better. One thing that I think helps me a lot is if to examine backgrounds and character positioning while reading manga. I don't mean like...staring at it intently. Just...if you come across something you think would help you, take a few extra seconds to look at it and how the artist drew it so that you can apply the same ideas to your comics.

And you should look into using a ruler. I know they can be annoying to use, but clean lines are always a plus. And also, try defining your panels more. It'll look better if you have some padding between panels so that the lines don't run together.
XD;; Sorry if it was kinda long. Well anywho, keep it up!
