Like the topic name says...

Ok so after the torture scene in MGS 3, save your game and turn your PS2 off, load your save file and you should look like a Dante looking fellow. There should be zombies everywhere and you slash away in this minigamr. Snake should wake up from his nightmare and you are back to playing normally.

Secret, Part 2

Call Sigint right after the nightmare for lols.

Pokemon Emerald Cloning Glitch

With this glitch, you need the following:

-Battle Frontier Unlocked
-Two or more pokemon in your party.

Okay, here are the steps to doing this:

1. Enter the Battle Tower in the Battle Frontier (I think that's the one...)
2. Deposit the pokemon you wish to clone into an unoccupied pokemon box.
3. Talk to the receptionist at the far right.
4. When it gets to the "Do you want to save?" screen, turn off your GBA or DS.
5. Turn it on again.
6. Check your party, then your pokemon box.

Voila! A set of copied pokemon!

I heard you could really mess up your game doing that, but than again, every glitch can do something harmfull.

With MGS3, When you START the Boss Battle against "The End", save your game and turn it off, and set the clock for... I think 3 days...? When you do that, it says that you won because "The End" died of Old Age.

A cheap way to win what tends to be a REALLY long battle.

I love Missingno. in Pokémon Red and Blue most specifically.. (and you could hack its variations into yellow). It has been found through hacking in the later games (though not too sure about DP) but the duplicate item trick and the screwed up Elite Four champion log on the computer in the pokemon center really made it for me XD

And every glitch is harmful. You just have to know what you're doing when you exploit it

In Pokemon Silver/Gold, there's a glitch like that: it's very alike, like turning the power off when the machine is asking to save. I tried it once, just after I got know about it. We had about 70 pokemon and all of them vanished when used the glitch

I had a glitch on PW once, but it wasn't interesting or funny though, all the top left hand evidence turned into Lana's phone.
the only really memorable glitch I can remember was on the co-op rogue squadron 2, when in the hangar going into first person would cause the pilot to vibrate constantly (only visible on the other person's side of the screen), then hold a few buttons (X and y I think), then the other person's jumps if by you would propel you upwards and you would remain floating till you let go of x and y.

Koudelka -You are not screwed if you didn't get the pendent(go to neoseeker for more info since I don't feel like explaining it here)

Resident Evil Code: Veronica X -In Antarctica get Poison but those small moth bugs by keeping one on your back and wait for your health to go down(I have no idea how low it went). Then go to the next room with the zombies and get hit by a zombie. You should be able to have ice hockey with Claire's Dead body(note that I'm not sure if this is even 100%).

Etrian Odyssey -Floor 28 up top with all those stairs where nearly all goes to dead ends. If you go up and down on each one or every other stairs while moving along you can avoid battles till you get to the stairs to the next floor.

On sonic CD if you leave the game alone for 5 min sonic will say "I'm outta here", run off the screen, and you get gameover no matter how many lives you have

I'm sure to have some secrets, only, I can't remember them right now...

When it comes to glitches on the other hand, I am the uncrowned master. ^^
All I have to do is look at a game and something is bound to happen. I never intend to do it and sometimes it's quite annoying.
But still fun.
My brother is REALLY annoyed because of it.
To list all of them would take forever and more.

A few I remeber right now.
I am walking around, doing nothing, in Assassin's Creed, and the game goes "Woo! You killed another Templar!" This happened all the time... Not sure it's a glitch though, but it never happend to my brother.

We got Portal, my brother played it twice without any glitches, then it's my turn.
*X-fire* *Portal* *screen goes black for loading* *Blue screen of death* *crash*

F.E.A.R.
I killed a guard near the end who is supposed to run around a corner and close a gate. He never closed the gate and I went behind it to take a look.
I fell through the map and could see all the levels of the building and everything that went on. That was really amusing.

And way more funny stuff...

Oh! And best secret ever in a game ever! :D
You can't die in Lucas Arts adventure games, yeah right. ^^
Secret of Monkey Island, in the beginning when he gets thrown into the water, all we have to do is to wait 10 minutes, since he can only hold his breath for 10 minutes, and yay!

Also, in Curse of Monkey Island, when on Blood Island we can force Guybrush to go into the water and he'll walk into a familiar scene. ^^

But I'm sure you already knew this.
:hobohodo: -This deck of cards is a little frayed around the edges, but then again so am I and I've got fewer suits...

On zelda majoras mask I loved the glitch where on the 3rd day you go in front of the theifs hideout. and make sure Kafie (I forgot how to spell it) is hiding behind the rock. go to the entrance and on the bottom left cornor you should see a little crack. have link roll into that untill you get in. 3 things can happen, you act like you rolled into a wall, you get through and link walks in, or link gets through but falls into a bottomless pit. Once you make it through that you'll be in the hideout with blue haired. before starting up the mask recovery game equip link with any basic mask (anything but giants, deku, etc) have link put on the mask, start the event, When you play as blue hair press start and put the fierce dieity (once again forgot the spelling) mask where your current wearing mask is, when you are link again he'll become that form for the rest of the game. (It'll be midnight when your done and you cant change back to normal, also if you go to town you wont be able to leave, they will think your a deku)

In Star Wars Battlefront II, go to Mos Eisley and do the assault mode (with heroes and villains). Make sure you are somebody who can float in midair- the best to use is Jango or Boba Fett. Go to the Cantina door (the one near the crashed rocket thing), jump above the doorway, and float. Push your way into the wall on the little part where the wall meets the roof. You should then end up in a secret room inside the wall. If you get inside, no one is able to see you, and the best part is, you can target and shoot anybody who walks by!

I forgot one of my favourites as it were. On World of warcraft use one of the engineering transports, if you get the transformation effect kill yourself, release spirit then log off, go on as an alt character to where the transformation character had died, they will be the transformed race but with the original race's skin. This leads to such abominations as below. (this is when my troll turned into a female gnome)

If this glitch ever messes up anyone's game, then they need to learn how to follow instructions. This one doesn't even involve turning the game off while saving. Out of all the discovered cloning glitches, this is definitely the safest.

Also, the entire box doesn't have to be unoccupied. You can use any empty space in a box.

And speaking of Pokemon glitches, in Silver, I found that if you go against Bruno's Machamp with a Wobbuffet and you pick Counter and then he uses a Max Potion or whatever he has, he will recover, but your Counter still does damage.

I used to really be into Pokemon glitches - This is where I compiled reports from other gamers and did some discovery work on my own. I've played with MissingNo and Glitch City, but never had the ability to do the link cable copying. There is a ton of glitchy stuff in the original Red & Blue because of the way it was programmed - with everything in a single folder. Apparently messing up one little piece of data causes the whole thing to go wonky, which is why MissingNo exists at all. I'm glad I got out of the PokemonGlitch fandom though (if you can call it a fandom) - there were some people who took it waaay too seriously. :sadshoe:

I also love glitches/secrets in Super Mario Bros. 1. Here is where all my findings for that are posted. I love doing crazy Game Genie codes to change up the textures and switch around the enemy sprites - I once died by touching a Fire Flower. I think my favorite secret ever is the Minus World though - it's the first one that I heard of and was able to do on my own without any cheat codes. :edgy:

Well, I got Missngno in Blue when I was little by accident and I started crying. And one time, I was playing Trauma Center: Under The Knife and I was treating Deftera, and no matter how many times I drained the thingies, they stayed there.

Ah, reminds me of when my cousin used to play Red, and he showed my brother and I how to fight Missingno and what it did to the Hall of Fame, and we thought it was hilarious, but then I fought him on my Blue, got scared and turned it off without saving, and panicked and called Nintendo when I turned it back on and my Hall of Fame was still messed up. XD I forget what they said, but more than likely it was something to the effect of I'd have to start a new game (which I didn't at that point).

Sonic the Hedgehog
Unlimited Lives Glitch

To perform this glitch, you'll need to be in Debug Mode (which sadly, limits any practical usage of this glitch). Kill Sonic off until you're down to his last life. On the last life, complete the stage. Once the end-of-level music starts playing, kill yourself by going under the floor and having Sonic go in the pit. Now, if you timed it right, you should continue onto the next level before the Game Over music has a chance to finish playing, and you'll continue the game with x0 lives! The downside is, you can't pause.

I suspect the reason this glitch works is because the "End of Level" action occurs sooner than the "Game Over" action, and then overrides it. The "Game Over" action must disable the pause. If you die again, you'll end up glitching the lives counter. I've not actually tested to see how many lives the actual lives counter holds, but it could be anywhere between 255 lives (FF in Hex) or 65,535 lives (FFFF in Hex). I'm not that skilled of a hacker, but I do tend to hold the info quite well.

---

More when I have a bit more time and have some more glitches to explain. I suspect I'll be updating my YouTube a lot more now to show examples.

Gun:
There's a broken-down shack near a bunch of Buffalo near some fields. Not too far away is a mineshaft, full of barrels of TNT. Grab a barrel of TNT, and place it near the remains of the fireplace.

A giant hole will have been blown up, and inside the hole is a shitload of whiskey, and all ammo for all guns/bombs.

Oblivion:
Begin to attack anything. Pull up the inventory, and select your arrows twice. You should get a small message. Then, drop any item. Exit the inventory.
Congrads! You have about 200 onions!
You'll get a certain amount of things depending on how many arrows you have.

Dunno how to replicate it, but I was playing Mario Kart DS and fell off the stage on the clock level in first. A blue shell passed by and when I got back on the stage I was all excited that I dodged a blue shell... When it came back for me.

I know a funny glitch...in Sonic The Hedgehog, (Sega Genesis) there is a little glitch in "Marble Zone 2".

You know the part where the spikes drop at the bottom underground? If you got accidently hit when that thing drops, you might actually get stuck at the bottom floor.

In Starfox 64, you could mess around with the 64 number sign at the title screen by rotating the analog stick.

Majora Mask: I had beat the game once now and started a new file and went with a very random name, Bab. After I beat the first dungeon boss...Every heart piece completed the heart container and when I beat the Water Dungeon area it stopped...But I had more than max hearts anyway....

Yeah I don't know how it happened... :yogi:

When I played Bioshock I decided not to kill Sander Cohen in the end of Fort Frolic, so when I got to the apartment place and went into his apartment, he started talking to me and sent some splicers at me.
I killed them and he got mad and came down to kill me himself.
Of course, I killed him, got the key for his muse box thing and thought, "Ok, since I've got the key I could as well go back to Fort Frolic and open that box. Just to see what's inside it."
So I did.
But when I got there, splicers started attacking me again and when I had killed all of them, another Sander Cohen came down and I had to kill him too.
Again.

So, yeah... It's kinda cool if you want to face him twice, get two keys (not very necessary...) and want two Sander Cohen bodies lying around...
I don't know if this happens every time though or if there was something I did...
